Al llegar para dejar el coche aún y llamar con 20min de antelación tuve que esperar 15min a que vinieran a por el coche pero la vuelta fue mucho peor, 2h esperando, cuando llevaba 1h llamé y me dijeron que habían perdido la llave y la estaban buscando y así otra hora más hasta que apareció y me trajeron el coche, encima el chofer que me lo trae me dice que el retraso es debido a las huelgas, supongo que no sabía que me habían informado de que se había perdido la llave y me mintió con la primera excusa que encontró. Decepcionante en general.
Tenía preocupaciones pero al final tenía una experiencia genial. Todas las personas con quien trataba eran muy amables, ayudando con cualquier duda. La espera de recogida y vuelta de coche muy rápida.
Todo muy positivo y todo correcto.
A la llegada tardo mas de 30 minutos para entregar el coche.

Era la primera vez que lo utilizaba y la verdad es que a sido genial lo volveré a hacer cuando lo necesite
