Bonjour j'ai un problème pour récupérer mon véhicule la personne a l'accueil na pas su regler mon depart du parking alors que la réservation avait été faite en amont et tous était en regle rien de grave en vous remerciant
Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous utilisons les services de AENA.
Merci pour l'accueil. Il serait important que sur les documents envoyés vous précisiez qu'au retour il faille se diriger au parking porte G pour reprendre la navette afin d'être emmené pour récupérer la voiture.
2ème fois que j'utilise ce parking, rien à redire, c'est très bien, à un tarif qui reste raisonnable
El único problema que tuvimos fue con el enlace que nos mandaron por email, que no llegaba hasta la puerta del parking i no sabíamos si íbamos en la dirección correcta, con lo que dimos alguna vuelta más antes de llegar.
