I did not receive the confirmation email

Once you have successfully made a booking, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you entered during the booking process. You will receive an automatic confirmation within 5 minutes after completing your booking. If you have not received the confirmation email within 10 minutes, please do the following:

  • Check your junk email box (spam), the confirmation email might be in there
  • If the confirmation email is not in your spam box, you can resend it to yourself again by clicking the following link:
  • You can also print and manage your booking by logging into your Parkos area on our website. Enter your email address and your booking number and then click on ‘Login’ to view your booking
  • If you still have not received your confirmation email, you can contact our customer during our opening times

In the booking confirmation you will find an overview of your personal details and travel information. The confirmation email proves that the parking has received your booking and a parking space is reserved for you for the price you have booked. Please bring the booking confirmation with you on the day of your departure.

What arrival time should I fill in the reservation form?

While making a reservation on our website, we ask you to enter the time you expect to arrive at the car park, in case of shuttle-parking or at the airport, in case of valet-parking, as your arrival time. 

If you would like to use the shuttle parking, we advise you to arrive at least 2.5 hours before your flight departure at the parking lot. In case you would like to use the valet service, we advise you to arrive at the car handover location at least 30 to 45 minutes before the time you would like to be ready at the airport to check in. However, we suggest you to always check the arrival time suggested by your flight company and schedule your arrival accordingly.

Where to fill in the voucher code?

If you would like to use your Parkos voucher code for your selected offer, please copy and paste the code into the box that appears when you click on the blue text "Do you have a voucher?" next to the reservation form. 

If you are booking from a computer, the text will appear at the top right corner. When booking from a smartphone you will find the box on the online form page below the name of the car park and the summary of your booking.

If you have made a reservation with the payment method "on spot" and still wish to use the voucher, we recommend that you cancel your reservation and make a new reservation with online payment on our website.

Please note! Parkos vouchers can only be used according to the terms and conditions stated in the email containing the discount code. Further, vouchers are only valid for bookings paid online.

When will I receive my confirmation email?

If you have already completed your booking and payment but did not receive a confirmation email yet, we advise you to proceed the following steps:

  1. Check if your email went to your spam folder
  2. Check if your mailbox storage capacity is reached
  3. Check if you have accidentally entered the wrong email address

If you don't receive the confirmation email within 10 minutes, please follow the procedures described in this article. If you are still not able to find or receive your confirmation email, please contact our customer support service and we will be happy to assist you.

Which extra services can I include in my reservation?

Our parking partners provide a variety of extra services that you can  include in your reservation. These services include car wash, keep keys, and child seats if you're travelling with children.

To learn more about the additional services offered by a particular parking provider, you can click on the "More information" tab or select them directly in the online booking form under the "Extra products" category.

Below, you will find the most common extra products and links to learn more about the specific services.

How can I add extra services in my reservation?

Our parking partners offer various additional services that you can add to your reservation, such as car washing, the option to keep your keys, or the provision of child seats if you are travelling with children. You can easily add any of these available services to your reservation during the checkout process by selecting them directly in the online booking form. If you want to know more about any of the extra services, simply click on the link below. The booking form will also display the prices for each additional service.

To include any extra products in your reservation, click on the corresponding field to select them.

How to fill in the reservation form

After selecting a parking offer on our website, you will be directed to the reservation form.

Your travel details

In the first section of the booking form, the travel dates and time are normally already extracted from your initial parking search. If you would like to make a standard reservation, please select travel for 'leisure'. If you would like to make a booking for a business related trip, please select travel for 'business'. In case of a business trip, you will be able to include relevant company information in this section.

Your information

In this section, you will be asked to enter your personal details. Here it is especially important that you fill in the correct email address since this will be the email address to which the confirmation email will be sent once the booking is completed.

Vehicle information

In this section, you are required to enter the number of people you will arrive with at the parking. This is important to the parking since they need to know how many people they have to fit in the shuttle ride. If it is only possible to enter a max amount of 2-4 people, this could indicate that you have to add more people in the section 'extra service' for a small charge or it is not possible to transport more people to the airport for that specific parking. Further, you will be asked to enter your license plate number and car model. This is important as some self-parking parking spaces work with an entry system with number plate recognition. Additionally it is easier for parking employees to recognise your car during the valet vehicle handover if the car model and number are known.

Extra products

In the beginning of the extra product section, you will find the option to book the 'Base, Standard and Premium package'. The packages differ in terms of extra services, change and cancellation policies. Further information on the different packages can be found here. Other extra services which can be booked in this section are for example child seats, car cleaning and others. The fee for the selected extra service(s) will be added to your total booking costs automatically.

Payment methods

In the last section, you have to select which payment method you would like to use to pay for the reservation. Please be aware that Not every parking lot offers the same payment options. More information about payment methods can be found here.

To finalise your reservation, you simply need to tick the two boxes below the payment methods and click on the orange button 'complete reservation'. After that, you will be led to the payment process and receive your confirmation email.

What arrival & departure time should I fill in the reservation form?

Your arrival and return times are very important information for our parking partners so that they can best organise the transport service to the airport or pick up at the airport for you. 

Arrival time

While making a reservation on our website, we ask you to enter the time you expect to arrive at the car park, in case of shuttle-parking or at the airport, in case of valet-parking, as your arrival time. 

In case you would like to use the shuttle parking, we advise you to arrive at least 2.5 hours before your flight departure at the parking lot. How to use a Parkos voucher?

If you have received a Parkos voucher and would like to use it, you have to select one of the parking offers on our website. ​​After selecting your parking spot, please copy and paste your voucher code into the box that appears when you click on the blue text "Do you have a voucher?". If you are unable to find the box, you can find further information in this article

If you have made a reservation with the payment method "on spot" and still wish to use the voucher, we recommend that you cancel your reservation and make a new reservation with online payment on our website.

How can I use the Parkos Friend Discount?

Finding cheap parking has never been easier! Use our Parkos friend discount program and earn 7.50$ on your next reservation!

With the friend discount program you receive 7.50$ Parkos credit for every friend that books via your personal link and uses the parking spot. After their journey, you will receive the credit for your next reservation, while your friends will receive a 5% discount on their booking.

This is how it works:

  • Invite your friends to Parkos by sharing your personal link that you can find in your Parkos account with them
  • Your friends have to use your link to book their parking space
  • When your friends return from their trip, you will receive a credit of 7.50$ for your next reservation. Your friends will receive a 5% refund directly on the account from which they paid their reservation
  • To check your credit, go to your Parkos online area. Under the 'Friendship Advantage' section in the 'Your Parkos Credit' box you can see how much credit you have built up. Then click on the 'Use my credit to make your new booking' button

How to book the Park, Sleep & Fly service (1 night + parking)?

The Park, Sleep & Fly* service is a very convenient service as it allows you to save time by booking a room and a parking spot in one reservation at one affordable facility. 

When making a reservation, you enter the day and time you would like to arrive at the hotel to check in and the day and time of your return flight. In your Parkos reservation you will be asked to enter your outbound and return flight number (or the destination of your trip and the origin of your return) as the shuttle provider needs this information to arrange your transfer to and from the airport.

Further, you simply have to enter the rest of your personal information in the booking form and make the reservation. You will then receive your booking confirmation by email. Please bring the confirmation with you on the day of your arrival and departure. 

* You can find if the service is available for your airport by selecting this option in the filter "Extra services".

Reservation via phone or email

Reservations through Parkos can only be made through our website. We do not accept reservations via customer service by phone or email. This is because the availabilities and prices of our offers are automatically updated in our system. Furthermore, this is due to data protection reasons regarding the payment of your booking.

What can I do if the online payment is not accepted?

At Parkos you can pay for your parking space either online or in cash on site. Once you have selected your desired parking space, you can see which payment methods are accepted.

In case of an offer with online payment, you can pay directly when completing your booking. You can choose between payment via PayPal, credit card, direct debit and other options. 

Please note that your booking was only successful when you receive a booking confirmation by email. You can find more information about it here.

If your payment fails, this may be due to the following reason:

  • Not all data has been entered correctly. Please make sure that all fields of the booking form have been filled in
  • You have tried to make the reservation from your smartphone. If the booking was not successful, we recommend you to try it again from your PC, laptop or tablet. Otherwise, using a different browser could help as well
  • The problem is related to the card used. It might be the case that the problem is related to the card or account used at the time of booking. You may have run out of credit or changed some security settings for online payments. In this case, we recommend that you contact the card issuer or your bank for further assistance

The booking does not work?

If the booking is still not successful, we recommend you to choose another payment method. You can filter the payment methods on the offer comparison page. Here, you can select to only show offers with cash payment on site.

If a payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email within a couple of minutes.

How to receive the booking confirmation

Once a booking is completed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email to the email address you entered. After receiving this confirmation, a parking space is reserved for you.

If you don't receive the confirmation email within 10 minutes, please follow the procedures described in this article.

You will find all your travel information in the booking confirmation. Please bring your confirmation email with you on the day of your departure.

Is it possible to park with a van or a camper?

If you are traveling with a van, a minivan, a camper or anything that is larger than a car, you can always find relevant information on our website by clicking on the button "More details". Additionally, you can see if there is an additional charge for the size of your parking space.

Sometimes it is possible to select the option “Parking for minivan” in the reservation form. If an extra fee needs to be paid directly on site for the oversized vehicle, it will be stated on our website.

For which Milan-Malpensa Airport Terminal is a shuttle service available?

At the Milan-Malpensa Airport, Parkos cooperates with shuttle service providers which can bring you to Terminal 1, as well as Terminal 2.

Nevertheless, not every parking provider serves both Terminals. Therefore, we recommend you to check this information on our website by clicking on the blue 'More Information' link. There you will find the information to which Terminal the shuttle of your selected parking drives. On the information page, we also indicate the time that it takes to reach Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 by shuttle.

How much does a parking space cost?

If you would like to know more about the price for parking spots at a particular airport, you can simply go to the Parkos website, select the airport and enter your travel dates. Our website will automatically sort all parking options based on price, with the most cost-effective options listed first. To further refine your search, use the filters provided on the webpage.

We strongly advise you to book in advance of your travel dates, particularly during peak periods such as holidays, to secure availability and take advantage of the most favorable prices.

Don't wait until the last minute to reserve a parking space. The earlier you book, the more you save!

Flight times unknown

You don’t know your exact flight times yet but would like to book your parking spot already?  Even if you do not know your flight details yet, you can still make a reservation on our Parkos website.

In this case, you can simply enter the time of your expected arrival at the car park and the arrival time of your return flight. Nevertheless, it is very important to edit your reservation as soon as you know your flight time. This will allow the car park to properly prepare the staff for your arrival.

It is important to note that our website's prices can change. Consequently, we cannot guarantee that the price of your booking will not change while making adjustments.

Flight details unknown

Your flight details are not yet known, but you would still like to reserve a parking space. When booking with us you can simply fill in the name of the airport of your departure and your landing instead of the flight numbers.

As soon as you know the flight numbers, we ask you to add them to your booking details by editing your reservation. You can do this yourself via the link in your confirmation email.

When should I book my parking spot?

When comparing parking offers on our website, you will be able to see which parking providers have space available during your desired date and time. Some of our providers even accept bookings made up to three hours prior to your arrival.

To ensure that you get the best price and parking space, we always advise you  to book your parking space in advance. We recommend you to book your parking spot at least two days in advance, as some parking providers may be fully booked already. During peak times, such as holidays, we recommend that you book your parking spot at least three days in advance.

How to make a reservation

At Parkos, you can easily reserve an affordable, guaranteed parking space at one of our numerous parking providers.

To reserve a parking spot on our Parkos website, simply select your departure airport, fill in your travel dates and click on the orange button ‘Find a parking spot’. You will be directed to the parking comparison page that will show you all available parkings for the period of your journey. The comparison page will also show you all up-to-date prices of our parking offers. 

Now you can choose the offer that suits you best by using the filters which you can find at the top of the page. You can filter the results for example by indoor and outdoor parking or shuttle service and valet service. After you have selected a provider, you will be asked to enter your personal data in the booking form. Once you have successfully completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. Here you will find all the details of your parking space and your reservation as well as confirmation of your arrival and departure dates.

It is important to bring the confirmation email when you arrive at the parking spot. If you have not received it after your booking, we suggest you to follow the procedure reported here

You can also change or cancel your reservation from your confirmation email up to 24 hours prior to your departure date.

Can I show the booking confirmation to the parking on my phone?

After booking with Parkos, a confirmation email will be sent to you, which we recommend to print out and present upon arrival at the parking. If it is not possible for you to print the confirmation email, you can also present it to the parking lot on your laptop, tablet, or mobile phone. The confirmation email serves as evidence of your reservation to the parking provider.

I do not know if my booking was successful

Once a booking is complete, you will receive an automatic confirmation email including your reservation number. After receiving the confirmation, a parking spot has been automatically reserved for you. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 10 minutes, please follow the procedures described in this article.

If you are unable to complete your booking, please check if all data has been entered correctly and all fields have been filled in. We always recommend you to make your booking from a desktop or laptop computer. Otherwise, try using a different browser. If this does not work, try using another computer. You could also try choosing a different payment method if possible, such as 'Payment on spot’. The problem may be related to the payment method you have chosen.

Can I book a parking spot for multiple cars at once?

Through our website, it is possible to book the same parking for more than one car at the same time.

When you are making the reservation, first of all, you will need to complete the journey details in the reservation online form with your personal information. Underneath your details, you will find the link ‘'Add another vehicle'. By clicking on it, you can fill out the details of the second vehicle for a maximum of nine cars. Every car will get its own reservation number, so there will never be two cars mentioned in one confirmation email.

Please note: if you are submitting a different name and email address for the extra car, then the confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered for the second car.
