By parking at Aena General T1 Barcelona you will have direct access to Terminal 2 of the Barcelona-El Prat Airport. Important: Cars with a maximum length of 5m and a height of 2.2m can be parked.

La barrière ne s’est pas levée…pourtant j’ai attendu au moins 5 minutes en avançant et en reculant la voiture devant la barrière….j’ai du prendre le ticket depuis la borne… pour vous dire que je n’utiliserai plus jamais vos service
J'ai du payer un gros supplément car mon avion avait été annulé à Francfort. J'aurai aimé un geste commercial

Le supplément appliqué correspond ici à une prolongation de la durée de stationnement suite au retard/annulation de votre vol. Dans ce cas, il s’agit d’une extension de réservation par rapport à la période initialement réservée, ce qui entraîne généralement une facturation additionnelle selon la grille tarifaire du parking. Ce type de frais appliqué sur place dépend des conditions du parking et des circonstances liées à l’exploitation aéroportuaire, et ne peut malheureusement pas être pris en charge directement par Parkos. Nous vous recommandons de conserver votre reçu et de soumettre une réclamation auprès de votre compagnie aérienne afin d’étudier une éventuelle prise en charge ou compensation.
