Parking with Valet Service (Valet)
When you book at Parking Low you will have to drive to the airport departures terminal. It is important that you indicate your flight number so they know which Terminal to pick you up from. There, a uniformed driver from the car park will be waiting for you at the time you have indicated in your reservation. On the way back they will return the car to the same place at the indicated time. Remember that you must hand over the car keys so that the valet can take it to the car park.
In case of delay or incident, you can contact the number that we will indicate in the reservation confirmation email.

Muy bien. Primera vez y repetire
Es la segunda vez que utilizo esta empresa y, lamentablemente, la experiencia vuelve a ser la misma. A la hora de recoger el coche son puntuales y no hay ningún problema, pero a la hora de entregarlo cuando vuelves del viaje tardan una barbaridad. Las dos veces he tenido que esperar más de 40 minutos para que me trajeran el coche. No entiendo cómo pueden ser tan puntuales para recogerlo y luego tardar tanto en devolverlo. Después de que me haya pasado en las dos ocasiones, considero que no es algo puntual, sino un problema de organización. No volveré a utilizar esta compañía. Hay otras empresas que ofrecen el mismo servicio y espero que sean más rápidas y eficientes.
La Ida gue muy bien pero a la vuelta estuvimos esperando más de 30 minutos , era de noche por tant había poco tráfico. No contratamos el servicio de li.pieza pero el coche llegó muy sucio por fuera (polvo).
Al entregarlo muy bien porque me equivoque de terminal y se adaptaron para recoger el coche y me esperaron. Para mi es importantisimo porque iba con una nena de 3 años y puedes perder el vuelo. La vuelta ya diferente, tuve que esperar tres cuartos de hora para que me lo devolvieran porque apuran, pero por el precio no puedes pedir más.
Bueno pues experiencia regulera la verdad. Han tardado mas de una hora en entregarme el coche. Instrucciones de donde recogerlo nada claras y el chico que me atendió el teléfono muy antipatico. Cuando me ha comentado que van a tardar una hora le he dicho que porfavor intenten que sea más rápido porque llovía a cántaros y yo iba con una niña pequeña y un bebé. Me ha dicho textualmente: ya se que la vida de los conductores te da igual, pero los tiempos son los que son . No encontraba bien el sitio que me indicaban para recoger el coche así que he tenido que llamar en varias ocasiones y cuando me contestaba el teléfono y le decía que era yo, resoplaba y decía ay madre. Muy mal . No lo recomiendo para nada .
