The **valet service** allows you to drive directly to the terminal, where one of our drivers will pick up your vehicle and take it to a secure parking facility. Upon your return, your car will be returned to you at the agreed meeting point, so you can continue your journey without delay.

For your convenience, Parking Jet BCN operates **24/7**, ensuring a smooth experience regardless of your flight schedule.

• The maximum vehicle length is 5 meters. For larger vehicles, please inquire about prices.
• We are not responsible for valuables left inside the car. If you are carrying valuables, please notify the driver and the booking process.
• Flight delays: A €5 charge will be applied for each hour of delay. You can request an invoice to claim from the airline.
• If your pick-up is after 1:00 a.m., an additional €10 charge will be applied to the late fee.
• If your return is delayed by one day or more, please notify us as soon as possible. A €12 charge will be applied for each additional day.

Instructions for using Parking Jet BCN!

Upon departure:

On the day of your trip, call the number indicated 30 minutes before arriving at the terminal. Our driver will direct you to the pick-up point:

• Terminal 1:Go to the departure terminal – Parking Express. Park on the right at the start of the straight and our visibly identified driver will pick up your car.
• Terminal 2: Park in front of the Miró Mural (Terminal B) on the right, where our driver will be waiting for you.

Before picking up your vehicle, a vehicle inspection will be carried out, including photographs and a note of the mileage and fuel level.

On the way back:

When you land and have collected your luggage, call the number provided and we will inform you of the exact drop-off point. In approximately 25 minutes, we will return your car to you after a thorough inspection to ensure everything is in order.

Drop-off points:

• Terminal 1: Departures Terminal – Express Parking, where our visibly identified driver will return your car to you after the final inspection.
• Terminal 2: In front of the Miró Mural (Terminal B), where our driver will return your vehicle to you after the final inspection.
