The **valet service** allows you to drive directly to the terminal, where one of our drivers will pick up your vehicle and take it to a secure parking facility. Upon your return, your car will be returned to you at the agreed meeting point, so you can continue your journey without delay.
For your convenience, Parking Jet BCN operates **24/7**, ensuring a smooth experience regardless of your flight schedule.
Important information:- The maximum vehicle length is 5 meters.
- We are not responsible for valuables left inside the car. If you are carrying valuables, please notify the driver and the booking process.
- Flight delays: A €5 charge will be applied for each hour of delay. You can request an invoice to claim from the airline.
- If your pick-up is after 1:00 a.m., an additional €10 charge will be applied to the late fee.
- If your return is delayed by one day or more, please notify us as soon as possible. A €12 charge will be applied for each additional day.

Si que es cierto que para venir a recoger el coche tardaron 10 minutitos que tuvimos que estar esperando, pero vino el jefe personalmente y se disculpó. Y nos dijo que si a la vuelta teníamos algún retraso dijésemos su nombre que no se nos cobraría ningún extra. Efectivamente nuestro vuelo de regreso llegó una hora tarde y no nos cobraron ningún suplemento. Siempre reservo con ellos y lo seguiré haciendo.
Muy buena experiencia y buen servicio
Unser Flug hatte Verspätung und die Mitarbeiter hatten dafür absolut kein Verständnis. Er liess das Auto am Flughafen stehen und ist wieder gegangen. Dann mussten wir 3/4 stunden am Flughafen warten, bis er mit dem Schlüssel wieder zurück gekommen ist. Kommunikation war extrem schwierig, da niemand englisch kann.
J’ai dû payer le parking du dépose minute, ce n’est pas normal, je trouve ça honteux
45 min d’attente pour récupérer la voiture. Pas un mot d’excuse.
