Parking with private operator
To park with Park and Greet, go to the parking lot at the address we will send you in the booking confirmation email. Your driver will take you to the corresponding terminal in the departure area, without waiting and always at your own pace (T1: 4min, T2: 3min, Corporate Terminal: 6min). On the way back, once you have collected your luggage, call the parking lot with the number on your reservation to request pick-up. Your driver will be waiting for you in the Departures area in Terminal T1 and at the VTC stop in Terminal T2 just past the cabs. At the Corporate Terminal the driver will call you to arrange the pick up point.
The maximum number of people who can travel in the same vehicle is 4, if it is a larger group, you will be charged an extra 12 euros.
In case of delays, please call the parking lot and provide the full name, phone number and registration number, and they will take care of everything. If your plane is delayed, Park and Greet will cover that cost for you (during opening hours). Outside these hours, you will be charged 12 euros (00:01 to 04:59).

Valet parking service (valet)
To park with the Park and Greet valet service, go directly to the departure terminal. Call them 30 minutes before the number on your reservation to notify them of your arrival and go to the meeting point. The meeting point for T1 is Parking Express Departures, and the meeting point for T2 is Parking Express just under the bridge. A driver will be waiting for you at these points to pick up your vehicle and take it to the parking lot. You will recognize him by the parking lot logo, plus a unique code on his cell phone which will be the same as yours. Afterwards, the vehicle will be checked and photos will be taken. Once this has been done, give him the keys to the vehicle and he will take it to the parking lot. When you return, just after picking up your luggage, call them and they will return your car in approximately 10 minutes, at the same point where they picked it up on the way.

Park and Greet is closed between 12pm and 5am.

Delivery of keys
In this parking lot you will have to hand in the keys with both the shuttle service and the valet service.

Maximum number of people in each transfer to the airport
The maximum number of people that can travel in the same vehicle is 4. If you travel with a larger group, an extra 12 euros will be charged at the parking lot.

Special luggage charge
If you carry special luggage such as skis, surfboards, etc., an extra 15 euros will be charged per trip.

Baby seats
The parking lot has baby seats, but you will have to let them know in advance if you need them.

Out of hours baggage fee
Outside operating hours trips (between 00:00 and 5:00) will have an additional charge of 10 euros.

The general valet service was excellent. Pick up and drop off of the car was exactly as described and very straightforward. I love the option of not needing to worry about parking when I go on a short plane trip for some days. Will absolutely use this service again for future trips. It is a bit challenging that the liaisons don't speak English or French, which can cause confusion the first time using the service if you're not local to the area (I live in Southwest France and Barcelona is my main airport, but I don't speak Spanish or Catalan). Also, I opted for outdoor parking, and when I got my car back, it was so dirty it was almost unrecognizable. Dust from cars driving in and out of the parking lot they stored my car in made it filthy. They offer a car washing service, and now I understand why, but it's expensive, so I opted to wash the car myself when I got back home. This singular factor won't deter me from using the service again, but I was genuinely shocked at how dirty my car got in the span in four days not being used. This is the main reason they get four instead of five stars.

IL A FALLU 45 mn et 3 rappels pour enfin récupérer le véhicule ce qui n'est l'habitude du parking.Nous sommes déçus !!!
