Le personnel ne parle pas anglais, et nous on parle très peu espagnol => communication très difficile, mais on a quand même fini par réussir à déposer notre voiture. Même problème au retour, en pire, car impossible de les contacter par téléphone (ça sonnait occupé en permanence). On a fini par trouver quelqu'un qui a réussi à les joindre et à leur parler en espagnol. On a récupéré notre voiture très sale, et on nous a expliqué que seules les voitures qui ne restent qu'un jour sont garées à l'intérieur, la notre est donc restée 1 mois à l'extérieur en plein soleil, ce que nous voulions éviter en prenant un parking intérieur => très mécontents de la prestation !

Compramos el servicio del aeropuerto.llegamos antes esperamos y llamamos a teléfono que nos indicaban.NADIE ACUDIO POR POCO PERDEMOS NUESTRO VUELO Y TUVIMOS QUE COMPRAR OTRA COMPAÑIA QUE PRESTA MISMO SERVICIO Un desastre,pero el dinero nos lo cobraron y sin dar ninguna respuesta.el comentario lo realizó 15 agosto.y el vuelo era 25 julio.espero que no os pase lo mismo y sean más serios.

Muy mala. Al llegar, aun habiendo avisado 30 minutos antes de nuestra llegada, tardaron 20 minutos más en recoger el coche. Costaba mucho que cogieran el teléfono. En general, muy maleducados en el trato. Cuando volvimos del viaje, llamamos para avisar y tardaron 45 minutos en traernos el coche. No se lo recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo.

Tanto para recoger el coche como para recepcionarlo, la espera fue muy larga y agotadora por el calor. 45 minutos desde la llamada para recogerlo y 75 minutos desde que recogimos el equipaje hasta que llegaron. Los primeros 15 minutos no cogían el teléfono y desde que por fin contestaron (tras unas 10 llamadas) una hora más de espera.

Esta vez experiencia mala.Se que pague por un parking cubierto!Me entregan el coche sucio como si ha estado aparcado fuera y ha llovido!Te preguntas:ha estado el coche aparcado en cubierta o fuera?No lo se....Te dicen que unas horas antes de la entrega te lo sacan del parking...creo que ha estado mas de esto aparcado fuera!
