Pésima empresa, si tienes un problema te mandan hablar con un robot que no te da solución, y el responsable del parking me acabó colgando desentendiéndose.la reserva por la web la hice para madrid y me cambiaron el aeropuerto a Barcelona y no pude hablar con ningún responsable!
Fatal 2h esperando para que me traigan el coche
Voiture non verouillé, pendant notre voyage ( application). A l arrivé difficile de joindre le contact, après plus de 10 essais. Arrivée au bout de 45 min. La réservation prévoyait un parking couvert, voiture rendu sales ( pluie de sable) Parkos est une centrale de réservation, bien notée au globale mais vous ne savez pas quelle société va s occuper de votre voiture, nous ne sommes pas bien tombé avec bcp parlking.
Fue muy complicado hablar por teléfono con la persona de contacto pero a la ida lo soluciono muy rápido aunque a la vuelta se demoro casi una hora.
Dejaron el coche en la calle, a pesar de pagar una plaza cubierta. Tengo un localizador en el coche y podía ver como el coche estaba en la calle cerca del aeropuerto los 10 días. Tardaron 45 min en recoger el coche, casi pierdo el avión. Tardaron 60 min en entregar el coche. No hizieron nada pese a enviar varios mensajes. Un desastre. Nunca más con ellos.
