la entrega a la ida ha sido relativamente bien, porque salí del área de entrega(había muchos coches en aquellas horas..), me pare en una zona neutra y entre la segunda vez. La devolución ha sido fatal! mi avión llego a tiempo, pero, por falta de personal, o mala gestión, hemos esperado en el aeropuerto casi 2 horas, al final nos llevaron al aparcamiento(no entregaron el coche como tenían que hacer) y nos dejaron ali, sin acompañar para la salida, con las persianas de salida cerradas--- y buscar la vida... Muy mala experiencia.. no vuelvo a utilizar el servicio de esta empresa..

Jamás otra vez Para devolverme el coche tenía que esperar más que una hora Y encima me mentían cuando me quejé diciéndome que habían un control de policía. aunque yo con mi aplicación podría ver que el coche todavía ha estado en el parking

Hola. Lamento muchísimo la larga espera que tuviste con Good Parking BCN Parking Interior y la enorme frustración que te causó que no fueran honestos contigo. Entiendo perfectamente tu enfado, especialmente al comprobar que el coche seguía en el parking. Vamos a abordar esto de forma muy seria con el proveedor para revisar qué pasó y exigir que se mantenga siempre la transparencia con los clientes. Agradecemos tus comentarios pues nos ayudan a mejorar. Saludos, Mario de Parkos.Sinceramente, no creo que les vuelva a contratar, cuando llame por que no me llegaba mi coche, me comentaron que tardarían, no saber cuanto tiempo, por que estaba la policía investigando a los conductores Estuve mas 2,30 horas esperando y al final vino un Sr. a buscarme , me llevo al Pk , y alli sali con mi coche, con todo esto, envez de llegar a mi casa a las 0.45 , llegué casi a las 4.00 am
Primera vez en usar el servicio,recomendable 100%. Muy puntuales, buena comunicación con los teléfonos facilitados. Empleados muy amables. Nos estaban esperando a la llegada y al lelgar también. Mejoraría el enviar las fotos del coche a la recogida al cliente. Resumen: todo perfecto. Repetiré.
No se lo recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo. Se comprometieron en que tendríamos el coche a la vuelta en cuestión de 10 minutos y estuvimos esperando durante más de una hora en el aeropuerto a que sucediese.
