Me explicaron muy bien el funcionamiento y donde dirigirme para dejar el coche en el aeropuerto para iniciar el viaje, a regreso (el avión se retrasó) nada más llamar, en 10 minutos estaba mi coche. El servicio excelente
Mauvaise communication et manque de clarté du le lieu de RDV au retour. Pas de possibilité de choisir un point de RDV proche de notre Terminal de départ à l'aller. Déplacement à pied sous la pluie.
Todo perfecto. Tanto cuando entregue el coche, como cuando lo fui a recoger, no tuve que esperar prácticamente nada, con respecto a la hora que me dijeron cuando llamé. Y el coche estaba perfecto. Si a esto le sumas un buen precio, no se puede pedir más.
Demasiado tiempo de espera para recuperar el vehículo.No encuentran las llaves o no encuentran el vehículo o ambas cosas.
El servicio fue bastante rápido y ágil. Los empleados atentos y amables.
