Tengo que decir que primero miré las reseñas, y me preocupó un poco. Pero luego tuve 0 problemas en el parking, no hicieron kms de más (como muchos dicen), no tuve ningún problema ni al dejar ni al recoger el coche. Fueron amables por teléfono y en la recepción. Si que aconsejaría que tuviesen algún tipo de identificador, como un chaleco o uniforme, ya que la persona que recogió el vehículo iba con "ropa de calle". Pero no entiendo las valoraciones tan malas que he visto en Google, o incluso en esta plataforma.
Servicio muy rápido
El Personal Muy amable y puntual, muy satisfecha. Llegué con un vuelo retrasado y no he tenido ningún problema . La ubicación al final de la terminal es más práctica que al principio. Menos saturación de tráfico.

J’aurai visiblement dû regarder les notes et commentaires avant de réserver ici. Il est très difficile d’avoir quelqu’un au téléphone, la personne qui décroche est très désagréable. Je lui demande si il est possible de déposer la voiture 20 min avant car je risquais de perdre l’avion, il me dit que si je ne suis pas contente je peux annuler et aller voir ailleurs et prendre un autre parking (impossible de trouver un autre parking en 20 min et en conduisant…) J’ai du au Final trouver une solution de dernière minute. En travaillant dans ce genre d’entreprise si on est pas capable de s’adapter aux imprévus et parler bien au client, c’est mal partit pour la suite… Quel dommage pour eux ils se sont perdu une potentiel bonne cliente !
