Parking:
Call the phone number found in your confirmation email 30 minutes before arriving at the parking lot. The BipBip Parking team will be waiting for you at the parking lot. Upon returning from your trip, when you have your luggage, call the same number to request pickup at the terminal. The driver will give you the meeting point and then take you back to the parking lot to pick up your car.

The check-in area includes a waiting room and water dispenser. The shopping center offers restrooms, cafes, restaurants, fashion and accessories, and a Mercadona supermarket, where you can make last-minute purchases.

La entrega se demoró un poco, pero nada grave. La devolución tomó una hora desde que llamamos. El auto estaba bien y los conductores también muy amables.
Tuve que esperar 1:25h desde que llamé. Bastante mal.. Además me dejaron lata de cocacola en el coche.
Muy buena. Buen trato con el encargado de regoger y devolver el coche.
CONSEJO: La empresa debería confirmar por email los cambios realizados por vía telefónica para que los usuarios tengan la certeza y seguridad que el cambio ha sido aceptado (ya que en muchas ocasiones no se puede hacer por escrito, vía web y no acepta cambios 24 horas antes). Además de mejorar el telefono de atención, que apenas se escucha y dificulta enormemente entender la conversación.
El servicio en general es muy bueno, pero supongo que debido a las fechas de verano, tanto la recogida al llegar al aeropuerto como a la vuelta se demoro bastante, a la vuelta desde que llamamos tardaron mas de 50 minutos.
La dépose s'est effectuée absolument sans problème. Par contre retour que nous ayons prévenu le prestataire au moment où nous attendions nos bagages, nous avons dû attendre 1h30 voire 1h45 avant de pouvoir récupérer notre véhicule. Le lieu de restitution n'est pas abrité, il n'y a pas de banc... à la décharge du prestataire, nous avions prévu un retour à 17h30. Nous avions 1h00 d'avance... Quoi qu'il en soit, nous avons connu de meilleures performances, mais le prix était compétitif.
