Très bien.
Los dos últimos viajes los he gestionado con ellos. El primero tuvimos que esperar tanto a la llegada como a la vuelta. En este segundo viaje a la ida fueron más puntuales pero a la llegada cuando aterrizamos llamé y la chica por teléfono me indicó que el chófer llegaría en 15-20min y al recoger el coche y salir del aparcamiento tuvimos que asumir las tasas ya que habían pasado los 10minutos de cortesía del parking. Así que sería importante y necesario que especifiquen el tiempo correcto en que llegan los chóferes asi como cuadrar nuestra llegada para evitar costes extras así como atascos en las zonas de recogida. Gracias
Al dejar coche todo ok. A la vuelta,tuve que esperar más de 30 minutos. El chico al teléfono me mintió sobre la saturación que tenían porque era una hora con muy pocas llegadas…. Lo peor es que había contratado parking cubierto y el coche llegó lleno de cagadas de pájaro es obvio que no estuvo cubierto.

Experiencia totalmente positiva. Todo salió rodado. Nos contactaron un poco antes para aclarar dónde estaba ubicado el párking, ya que no distingue desde la calle. Personal muy amable y atento. Los tiempos se cumplieron perfectamente.
Prise en charge rapide à l’arrivé, par contre délais un peu long pour récupérer la voiture au retour.
