Experiencia pésima. Estuve esperando un tiempo totalmente inaceptable tanto para la recogida del coche como para la entrega al regreso. A punto estuve de perder mi vuelo por la tardanza en venir a recoger el vehículo, una situación de estrés completamente innecesaria y evitable. Por si fuera poco, el trato recibido por parte del personal fue deplorable: ninguna disculpa, ninguna explicación, y una actitud de total indiferencia ante la urgencia de la situación. Para ser un servicio de parking orientado precisamente a viajeros con vuelos que cumplir, el nivel de desorganización y la falta de respeto hacia el cliente son imperdonables. No volveré a utilizarlos y desde luego no los recomendaré a nadie.

TODO PERFECTO MUY AMABLES
Vinieron a buscar el coche a la terminal. La sensacion de un poco de descontrol. A la ida tuvimos que decir la matricula varias veces como si no encontraran la reserva, y al regreso tuvimos que esperar bastante a que trajeron el coche. Pero muy amables y resolutivos. Todo fue bien!
Estaba bien de precio pero tienen que mejorar en trato al cliente (por teléfono) y tardan bastante más a la vuelta (en el papel ponia que tardan 10 minutos desde que llamas y me tardaron 40 minutos)
La verdad que de precio no estaba caro el alquiler a la llegada fue bien recibieron el coche me estaban esperando pero a la vuelta regresamos en un vuelo nocturno a las 2 de la mañana y estuvimos esperando después de recoger las maletas más de 50 minutos el coche en la calle decían que no tenía un conductores suficientes es lo que veo peor de todo que a esa hora de la madrugada tengas que esperar 50 minutos casi una hora en la calle para eso es preferible tomar un taxi gracias
