Star Parkplatz

With the shuttle service of Star Parkplatz you travel worry-free to your vacation or business trip. For shuttle parking, drive directly to Star Parking Frankfurt in Mergenthalerallee 27 on the day of departure and park your vehicle there. A Mercedes shuttle will then take you to the airport terminal in 16 minutes. The shuttle bus to Frankfurt Airport is included for 3 people. After your landing you will be picked up and brought back to the Star parking lot at Frankfurt Airport.

The service is available 24 hours a day. During your trip, your vehicle will be parked in a well-secured outdoor parking lot or in the parking garage for an additional fee. The entrances to the parking lots are under video surveillance, and there are also staff on duty.

Please note that this airport is located in an environmental zone and that an environmental badge is required.

The parking lot of Star Parking is fenced and monitored 24/7 by staff and cameras. In case of unauthorized entry into the premises, the alarm sirens go off and the manager and staff get a notification directly.

You can add the following surcharges as an extra product:

From 23:30 to 06:00 there is a night surcharge.

Free shuttle service for 3 people. Each additional person pays an extra charge, which can be added online.

Extra charge for bulky luggage.

1 suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage per person free of charge. There is an extra charge for each additional piece of luggage.

Clearance height in the parking garage up to max. 2 m

On the day of your trip you drive to the reception of Star Parkplatz in Mergenthalerallee 27. You do the check-in and park your car yourself. You can take the car keys with you.

Important: Please take your reservation confirmation with you or ready in the phone! Otherwise, there is a possibility that the parking provider will not accept your car.

Once you have landed and collected your luggage from the baggage carousel, call Star Parkhaus Shuttle Frankfurt. You will find the phone number in your booking documents. Then go to the meeting point agreed with the shuttle driver. You will then be driven back to the parking lot, receive your car back and continue your journey home.
