On the day of your trip, drive to the Alpha Parks site. This is marked with a large sign at the entrance and is located at Mergenthalerallee 14-24, 65760 Eschborn. Please call Alpha-Parks 30 minutes before your arrival to confirm your arrival time.

Valet service
. With valet parking, you drive directly to the airport terminal. An employee of Alpha-Parks Frankfurt will be waiting for you at the departure hall. After a short check of your car for any existing damage, you can already check in for your flight while the driver parks your car in the parking area. When you return from your vacation or business trip, your car will already be waiting for you at the airport terminal. With Alpha Parks you can enjoy your trip without worrying.

Alpha-Parks private parking area is fenced and secured with a gate at the entrance/exit. The parking lots are asphalted. The area is secured by video surveillance and control passages of the employees. There is an employee on site 24/7.

Alpha-Parks Frankfurt offers assistance with empty battery for your car. The driver is happy to help you unload the car with your luggage.The park provider charges a night surcharge in the time of 00:00 - 06:00.

How Shuttle Parking Works?

On the day of your trip, drive to the Alpha-Parks site. This is marked with a large sign at the entrance and is located at Mergenthalerallee 14-24, 65760 Eschborn. at Alpha-Parks to confirm your arrival time. You will find the telephone number above. After your car has been parked, you will be taken free of charge by shuttle bus to your terminal at Frankfurt Airport within 11 minutes.

On your return journey, you notify Alpha-Parks by telephone shortly before you reach the baggage claim area. The driver of the parking provider will then make his way directly to you to pick you up at the exit of your terminal at Frankfurt Airport. You will then be taken directly back to your car and can continue your journey from there.

It may happen that you return from your trip a few days earlier or later than planned. Please inform the park provider of this by e-mail. It is important to note that only changes that have been sent in writing by e-mail to Alpha-Parks can be taken into account.
