How does shuttle parking work?

On the day of your trip, please drive to the park area. Please contact the parking provider 30 minutes before your arrival on the service hotline mentioned above. The handover of your vehicle and the key take place in the parking lot. Please note that acceptance may take a little longer depending on the time of year and the customer. Therefore, plan enough time at the park area. After you have been met by an employee you will then be driven to the airport.

Return journey
Please call the service hotline after landing and again after receiving your luggage. Meeting point after receiving your luggage (Terminal 1 Departures Area Exit B6) or (Terminal 2 Exit Area E8/23-N). Please note here too that there may be waiting times depending on the season and the customer. On average the waiting time is 15-30 minutes. The driver will then take you back to your vehicle so that you can quickly continue your journey home.

How does valet parking work: outward journey

Please call the supplier 30 minutes before arrival to confirm your arrival time. You can find the telephone number here above. Then drive to Frankfurt Airport (Terminal 1) Departure Level B6 or Terminal 2 E8. An employee from the parking provider will be waiting for you. After a brief check of your vehicle, the employee will transfer your vehicle to the parking area. Please record the mileage of your vehicle! Your car is stored at Mergenthaler Allee 14-24, 65760 Eschborn during your trip.

Return

On your return journey, call the parking provider just before you reach baggage claim. The parking provider's driver will be waiting for you at the airport terminal exit to return your vehicle. It is mandatory to check the vehicle: mileage etc.
