Parkservice ist vielleicht im ersten Moment nicht sofort zu erkennen aber Unterstellmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage ist optimal. Transferservice zum Flughafen und Abholung hat einwandfrei geklappt, keine Wartezeit! Im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Bei der Anreise waren wir zunächst unsicher, ob wir richtig sind, aber es hat alles hervorragend funktioniert. Auch bei der Rückkehr wurde uns unmittelbar ein Fahrer für den Transfer geschickt. Würden wir Immer wieder nutzen.

Verstehe die positiven Bewertungen nicht. Kurz und knapp. Parkplatz voll in Ordnung. Mitarbeiter am Telefon freundlich. Fahrer vor Ort sowohl Hinflug wie Rückflug viel zu schnell gefahren, unverschämt, unhöflich, unkooperativ und es wird gedroht man könne ja ein Taxi nehmen wenn es nicht passt. Hatte nur nach Kindersitzen gefragt, wie auch schon telefonisch besprochen. Waren nicht da. Auto waren Mietwagen von Carl&Carla. Ob es überhaupt Kindersitze gibt? Bei Ankunft von Rückflug sollte man zum Abflug kommen (kann man umsonst parken obwohl man abholt…). Würde niemand empfehlen diesen Anbieter zu nehmen. Einmal und nie wieder.

Zudem nehmen wir das Thema Sicherheit – insbesondere das Fehlen zugesagter Kindersitze – ernst. Wir werden diesen Vorfall mit dem Betreiber prüfen.
