Please note that the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions are 2 meters high, 2 meters wide and 5 meters long.
The parking space booking includes an S-Bahn ticket to Terminal 1. With the S-Bahn you only need one stop (2 minutes) to Terminal 1. Please find out about the S8/S9 timetable in advance.
Arrival
Save the QR code on your mobile phone or print out the QR code on your booking confirmation. Please drive to the parking address listed above. Once you have arrived, please hold the QR code up to the barcode scanner at the barrier terminal.
If there is no scanner or it is not working, please use the intercom and provide the staff member with the “locator” code, which can also be found at the top of this page.
The car park registers your location of the parking space you have chosen after you have parked your car. To be on the safe side, we recommend that you note your location or take a photo. From here go to the Gateway Gardens S-Bahn stop and within one stop you will be at the terminal.
Return
On the day of your return, take the S-Bahn from the airport to the Gateway Gardens stop. You go to your vehicle and drive straight to the exit. Scan the QR code on the exit column of the parking garage barrier.
