Vehicles over +4m80: 50% supplement will be charged on the booking price.
additional passenger charge: 2 passengers per booking, above 2 passengers: 10€/person.
Any delay: 1st day = €30.
On departure: 1 hour late: €7.
2 hours late: €15.
3 hours late: €20.
4 hours late: €25.
If you have a problem with your documents and wish to return the next day, a supplement of €25 will be charged to cover the cost of the shuttle bus and registration fees.

Fijn en makkelijk
Auto heeft niet binnen gestaan en werd erg vuil aangeboden.
Bij terugkomst goed aan het lijntje gehouden,zodat ze een ritje van 7 minuten toch na 1h30 na landing terug aan de auto werden afgezet.
They deserve zero star.They didn't come on time to pick up the car. We called them several times. Each time they said we didn't call them before, they will come in 5 to 10 min. We waited since they didn't come we had to leave kiss and ride and call them again. we were almost missing our flight. When we returned we had to wait 40 min to take the car. We called them to inform we picked up our luaggage you can bring the car. They offered to take us to their parking by their company car. We refused by reminding them we bought vale service. Then we waited 40 min for the car. After they brought our car, the guy said he can deliver the car at Esso gas station so we have to him to Esso gas staion.
I have parked with Start Parking twice and both have been terrible experiences. They are always late (1 time up to 1 hour), change delivery place, the car is extremely dirty afterwards... I will never book with them again.
