Shuttle conditions

The shuttle is included for a maximum of 3 people per reservation.

• Beyond that, an additional charge of €10 per extra passenger (including infants and children) will be requested on-site.

• This rate includes the round trip, with no additional charges for the return.
Keys and types of vehicles
• For organizational reasons, the provider keeps the keys of the vehicle for the duration of the parking.
• Oversized vehicles (vans, trucks, pickups, etc.) are not accepted.
• In the case of presenting a non-compliant vehicle, the customer will have to pay again for the reservation.
Payment and delays
• The balance of the reservation is to be paid on-site.
• In case of exceeding the planned duration, an additional charge of €15 per day of delay will be applied.
• If a customer misses their flight or encounters an issue with their documents and needs to return the next day, an additional charge of €25 will be requested (including the shuttle and registration fees).
Early returns

In the case of returning before the scheduled date:

• The provider must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
• If not, assistance fees of €85 may be charged to organize the return of the vehicle (depending on logistical feasibility).
• If immediate return is not possible, the vehicle will be returned the next day.
