Important information
Only customers going to the airport and who can present a valid return flight ticket will be allowed in the parking lot (for security reasons).
Shuttle conditions: The shuttle is included for up to 3 people. Beyond that, a supplement of €10 per additional passenger (including babies and children) will be charged on site. This £10 includes the return journey, and there will be no additional charges on the return journey. Keys and vehicle types: To facilitate parking management, the service provider asks to keep your keys. Vehicles that exceed normal dimensions (vans, pick-ups, etc.) are not accepted. If a customer arrives with this type of vehicle, the price of the booking will have to be paid a second time. Payment and late returns: The remaining balance of the booking must be paid on site. For each day of delay, a supplement of £15 per day must be paid on site upon return. If a customer misses their flight or encounters a problem with their documents and wishes to return the next day, a supplement of £25 will be charged to cover the cost of the shuttle and registration fees. Notification for early returns: In the event of a return before the scheduled date, the service provider must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. In the absence of notification, an assistance fee of €85 may be charged for the return of the vehicle, subject to logistical feasibility. If immediate return is not possible, the vehicle will be returned the following day.

Total disaster! On the way back, I had to wait 30 minutes (all the other companies arrived and left much earlier), then the driver drove while talking on the phone the entire trip. Once we arrived, we found the car flooded... they had left the window open!!!!!! They gave me my money back, but what a terrible service! I travel a lot, but this incompetence has never happened before.
