For items forgotten at the airport or parking area, an additional fee of €5 will be charged for the shuttle trip. 5. The booking includes 2 people. For each additional person, a surcharge of €5 per person will be applied.

Departure

On the day of your departure, you drive to the parking lot of Ciao Park. Please call the car park 30 minutes before your arrival so that the staff can organize your arrival. The number to call is above.

Once there, go to the car park entrance. A Ciao Park staff member will meet you there and show you where to park. The shuttle will then take you from the car park to the airport.

Back

When you return, please call the car park once you have collected your luggage. If your flight is delayed, please inform the car park as soon as possible. The shuttle will pick you up at the agreed location and bring you back to the car park so that you can pick up your vehicle.
