Important: Per reservation the shuttle carries 2 people free of charge, from the 3rd person onwards, an extra 5 euros will be charged on site.

The payment of this extra will only be done by Mastercard, Visa or debit card. Cash payments are not accepted at this parking.

To ensure the safety of your vehicle, Ciao Park has implemented certain measures. The parking lot is fenced with sufficient lighting and camera surveillance at all times. In addition to this, there is a guard and staff in the parking lot at all times. These additional measures are intended to ensure that you can travel with peace of mind knowing that your vehicle is secure. In addition, there will be a video scan of the car as well as an inventory of the vehicle on arrival.

At this car park, you will be greeted with a smile, the staff present will help you with your luggage and load it for you in the shuttle. You also have a waiting room and toilets available on site. In addition, additional services are available such as car wash, technical inspections, fuel, etc. All of these services will be available at an additional cost.

Departure

On the day of your departure, you drive to the parking lot of Ciao Park. Please call the car park 30 minutes before your arrival so that the staff can organize your arrival. The number to call is above.

Once there, go to the car park entrance. A Ciao Park staff member will meet you there and show you where to park. The shuttle will then take you from the car park to the airport.

Back

When you return, please call the car park once you have collected your luggage. If your flight is delayed, please inform the car park as soon as possible. The shuttle will pick you up at the agreed location and bring you back to the car park so that you can pick up your vehicle.
