Parking with shuttle service (airport transfer)
If you choose the Parking Lavacolla shuttle service, drive directly to the location indicated in your confirmation email. Once there, follow the instructions of one of the staff members and park your car. You will then be taken to the arrivals terminal at Valencia Airport. The transfer takes only 1 minute as they are located right next to the airport. Upon your return, simply call the phone number in your confirmation email to request a pickup and go to the same location where you were dropped off. Once there, they will take you back to the parking garage so you can collect your car.
Valet Parking
If you choose the valet service, drive directly to the Arrivals Terminal. It's important to call them about 10 minutes before arriving to let them know you're coming. You will receive your driver's phone number in your confirmation email. This way, they will be ready for your arrival, and a driver in the official parking uniform will meet you. They will have a printed copy of your reservation, and you will check the condition of the vehicle to document its state at the time of handover. Give them the keys and let them park for you. Upon your return, once you have collected your luggage, call them, and they will return your car to the same location in the Arrivals Terminal.

La recogida del vehículo cuando llegamos al aeropuerto para salir de viaje fue puntual. Es comodísimo que te recojan el coche y te lo entreguen a la salida de la terminal, sin tener que esperar turno de viaje de furgoneta, etc. Muy contentos.

El servicio muy bueno, yo no vi el parking porque me recogieron el coche en el aeropuerto y me lo volvieron a traer cuando llegue. No tuve que moverme para nada. El precio me salió más barato para una semana que coger un taxi para ir y otro para volver o molestar a mis familiares. El coche están igual que cuando lo dejamos.
