I had an issue with my booking number for my car that could not be changed or modified. So I had to make another booking at double the price with no support from Parkos or Arena. I have to pay twice with no compensation.

To explain what happened: when a booking starts within 24 hours, our system can no longer make any modifications. At that stage, all changes must be handled directly by the parking provider. Tuve un sitio con techo. El aparato no conoció mi matricula, tuve que sacar un ticket, pero con una llamada este problema se arregló. A parte de eso no tuve ningún problema y me quedé satisfecho.
