The official Aena parking lot has a height limit of 2.30 meters and accepts cars with a maximum length of 5 meters.

Muy mal. En el parking no tenían conocimiento de mi reserva y tuve que perder el tiempo demostrando que tenía una reserva y el parking ya estaba pagado. No volveré a reservar con vosotros. He confiado 2 veces y las 2 veces ha sido un fracaso.

Lamentamos sinceramente los inconvenientes causados porque la barrera no se abriera. Por favor, recuerda que es muy importante llegar con la misma matrícula que indicaste al realizar tu reserva. No obstante, si la barrera no se abre automáticamente, solo tienes que pulsar el botón y mostrar al personal tu justificante de AENA y tu reserva de Parkos.
