Call them 15-20 minutes before your arrival so that they are prepared, and minimize your waiting time. When you arrive, show them your booking confirmation and park your car. They will then take you to the airport with their transfer vehicle and drop you off at the departure area (1st floor). When you return, call them as soon as you land and they will pick you up at the same area in the departure area where they dropped you off. They will take you back to the parking lot and you can pick up your car there.

Please note that during the high season (summer, Christmas, long weekends...) it is recommended to arrive in plenty of time in case all the vehicles are in use.

Valet parking (valet)
If you have a reservation with the valet parking service, drive directly to Valencia airport, to the departure area. Call them 15-20 minutes before your arrival so that they are prepared for your arrival and minimize the wait (we will send you their number in the booking confirmation email). Once there, a King Parking driver will meet you to take your car to the parking lot. You will recognize him by his uniform and King Parking logo. Together you will check the reservation and then you will give him the keys to the car. The driver will take your car to the parking while you go into the airport. When you return, call them as soon as you land and they will deliver your car to the same point in the departure area where they picked it up.

Please note that during the high season (summer, Christmas, long weekends...) it is recommended to arrive with plenty of time in case all the drivers are busy.

Handling of keys:
If you use the shuttle service to get to the airport, you don't have to leave your keys at the aprking, although you can do so if you prefer and they will remain under surveillance while you are away. With the valet parking service, you must hand over the keys so that they can take your car to the parking lot.

Baby seats and wheelchairs:
