VOPI Park & Fly

At VOPI Parken, you have the option to park your vehicle in a secure parking lot in the immediate vicinity of the airport. The parking provider offers a shuttle service directly to Hamburg Airport.

Shuttle Parking

On the day of your arrival, you drive to the parking provider's premises, which are located 11 kilometers from Hamburg Airport. The shuttle will take you to Terminal 1 on the upper floor. Upon your return journey, you contact VOPI Parken again so the driver can bring you back to your vehicle.

Simply parking your car, hopping on an airplane or ship and enjoying your trip - this is how you imagine your trip will start. This is possible when you book your parking spot at VOPI Parken, as you can park your vehicle from 03:00 until 00:00, and take the comfortable shuttle-service to the airport or harbor.

During your absence, it's possible to have your vehicle electronically charged. You can book this option with your reservation. Please note that in this case, you must leave your keys, which will be safely kept for you in a safe. Additionally, VOPI Parken has a waiting room with free coffee and cold drinks, as well as sanitary facilities.

Vehicles not exceeding 2.20 meters in width and 4.50 meters in length can be parked at VOPI Parken. If the length or width is exceeded, the provider will ask you to pay an additional charge.

The shuttle ride includes 4 people. An additional charge will be calculated for each extra person.

How does shuttle parking work?

Arrival
On your departure day, please drive to the parking lot of VOPI Parken. You will check-in at the reception and show your reservation confirmation. You will park your own car, and proceed to the entry of the parking lot, where a white shuttle bus will be waiting for you. Your luggage will be loaded into the shuttle bus, and you will be safely driven to your departure terminal within 14 minutes.

Return
Upon your return, you will contact the shuttle bus driver twice, directly after landing, and after you have claimed your luggage. By doing this, the driver will have a sufficient amount of time to pick you up from Departures Terminal 2, and drive you back to your vehicle. You will pick up your car from the parking lot and continue your drive back home.
