How does Shuttle-Parking work?

Please note that at the moment only a maximum of 4 people can be transported in one vehicle. If more than 4 people are travelling together with you, we kindly ask you to drop them of at the airport first.

When you reach the underground car park, please call us. After this telephone call, one of our employees will open the rolling gate for you and allocate a parking space. After you have parked your car, our in-house shuttle will pick you up and take you comfortably to Hamburg Airport. The transfer to the airport is guaranteed from 3:00 a.m., as the airport does not open until 3:30 a.m. The driver will drop you off directly at the Airport Plaza, from where it is only a few meters to the check-in.

Return

The return journey is just as pleasant as the arrival. You call the shuttle service after receiving your luggage. The shuttle bus will then pick you up from the airport in the AIRPORT PLAZA area on the departures level and take you back to your vehicle.

With the shuttle service offered here, you will drive to the Car Safe underground car park on the day of your trip. You will receive the exact address in the reservation confirmation. From there you will be taken by shuttle bus to the airport. The shuttle bus will pick you up at the airport on the day of your return and take you back to your car in the underground car park.
