ASD Park&Fly offers you a simple and also affordable booking experience. At the site you can find a stress-free and cost-saving alternative. Our customer service is always available for you. Likewise, our parking lot is located only 3.2 km (Alsterdorfer Straße 531, 22337 Hamburg) from Hamburg Airport. Besides, you can safely leave your car with us and fly to your vacation without any doubts. ASD Park&Fly is of course always at your disposal.

ASD Park&Fly is available to you from 4:00 o'clock to 00:00 o'clock.

Both the open space and the parking garage of ASD Park&Fly is safely designed and asphalted. It is fenced and monitored with video cameras and staff. In addition, when the car is handed over, a vehicle check is carried out, recording possible pre-existing damage to the car. Among other things, the mileage is noted here. Thus, later misunderstandings can be avoided.

During your absence, your car key will be stored safely in a safe.

ASD Park&Fly offers you an excellent valet service. The staff will also be happy to help you with loading your luggage. You have the possibility to have your car washed during the parking period.

Arrival

On your departure day you will drive to the airport. Please call 30 minutes before your arrival to confirm your arrival time. A staff member will recognize your car by the license plate number and car model you provided when making your reservation. The driver will check their reservation confirmation with you.

Return
On your return journey, you communicate with the parking provider by phone just before you reach the baggage claim. The driver of the parking provider will then make his way directly to you to pick you up at the exit of your terminal at the airport.

If you have any questions regarding changes to your reservation on the weekend or 24 hours prior to the start of your trip, we recommend that you contact the parking provider. In case of late return, the extra charge can be paid in cash to the parking provider on the spot.
