Grundsätzlich hat alles gut geklappt: freundliche Mitarbeiter, pünktliche Abholung und Rückgabe und eine unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Zwei Punkte haben mir allerdings nicht gefallen. Zum einen stand unser Fahrzeug nicht auf dem auf der Internetseite angegebenen Parkplatz, sondern auf dem obersten Deck eines Parkhauses bei einem Einkaufszentrum. Darüber wurden wir vorher nicht informiert. Zum anderen lag bei der Rückgabe eine E-Rolle im Kofferraum, die vermutlich vom Mitarbeiter genutzt wurde, um nach der Fahrzeugübergabe wieder vom Flughafen wegzukommen. Ich finde, dass so etwas vorher mit dem Fahrzeughalter abgesprochen werden sollte. Ansonsten war der Service gut, daher insgesamt vier Sterne.
