Important Information for Your Parking Reservation

• Vehicle & General Information:
  • The maximum vehicle size is 2.00 m in width and 5.20 m in length. For questions, please contact SCD-Parking at +49 40 30 85 20 20.
  • A partner taxi company will provide an individual shuttle (taxi or bus) directly to the airport.
  • A surcharge may apply for a late return, payable in cash on-site.
• Reservation Changes:
  • For changes on weekends or within 24 hours of your departure, please contact the parking provider directly.

Shuttle Parking Procedure

Arrival:

1. Please call the shuttle service 15 minutes before your arrival at +49 40 30 85 20 20.
2. Drive to the address specified in your reservation. If the gate is closed, it will be opened remotely for you.
3. Park your vehicle in the center of a free space of your choice and take your car key with you.

Return:

1. Call the shuttle service as soon as you have collected your luggage at the airport.
2. The pick-up point is at Hamburg Airport, Departures level, between Terminals 1 and 2, at the "Plaza" sign.
3. To avoid getting into the wrong taxi, ensure the driver knows your name. (The correct taxi is a Topp-Taxi with a license plate starting with SE, not HH).
