At Parkpool Hamburg Airport you have the option of parking your vehicle in the secure car park in the immediate vicinity of the airport. The parking provider transports you to Hamburg Airport on time and brings you back to your vehicle after your stay.
Shuttle Parking
On the day of your arrival you drive to the premises of the parking provider. You park your vehicle in one of the parking lots on the fenced and video-monitored site and the shuttle bus will then take you to your terminal. It is also possible to book additional services during your stay (e.g. oil change, car wash or electric charging). On your return journey, contact Parkpool Hamburg Airport again so that the chauffeur can take you back to your vehicle.
At Parkpool Hamburg Airport, your vehicle will be safely parked on a partially paved parking lot. The site is additionally protected by a fence and is guarded with video cameras. Of course, the parking provider has liability insurance. However, park your vehicle at your own risk. No damage control is carried out. If the parking provider becomes aware that a third party is damaging your vehicle, they will make a note of the incident. Your vehicle keys will be safely stored in a safe while you are away.
You will be driven to your desired departure terminal in a white shuttle bus. Please note that the shuttle bus chauffeurs up to 4 people free of charge. If the number is exceeded, a one-time surcharge will be charged per person.
For vehicles that do not exceed a width of 2.20 meters and a length of 4.50 meters or models such as Srpinter, Van, Fiat Ducato and similar, a surcharge will be charged.
There is a waiting room and toilets on the parking provider's premises.
While you are away it is possible to have your vehicle charged electronically. You can book this option when making your reservation.
Shuttle Parking
Outbound journey
On the day of arrival you drive to the Parkpool Hamburg Airport in Norderstedt. There you report to the reception, show your reservation confirmation and park your vehicle in the check-in area. An employee takes over the vehicle and parks it for you on the parking lot. Then go to the entrance area, where a shuttle bus will be waiting for you. Parkpool Hamburg Airport staff will be happy to help you load and unload your luggage. After loading, an employee will take you to Terminal 1 on the upper floor. Please note that the shuttle bus can carry up to 4 people free of charge. A supplement will be charged for each additional person.
Return journey
On your return, contact the chauffeur twice: immediately after landing and again after you have received your luggage. You can find the phone number above. This gives the parking provider enough time to pick you up at Terminal 1 on the departure level and take you to your vehicle. Once at the park site, head to your vehicle and continue your journey.
If you have any questions about changing your reservation at the weekend or 24 hours before departure, we recommend that you contact the park provider.
Important additional information
Vehicles with a width of more than 2.20 meters cannot be parked at Parkpool Hamburg Airport. Please contact the parking provider in advance if you are arriving with a larger vehicle.
