Important information
At Parkpool Hamburg Airport you have the option of parking your vehicle in the secure car park in the immediate vicinity of the airport. The parking provider transports you to Hamburg Airport on time and brings you back to your vehicle after your stay.
Shuttle Parking
On the day of your arrival you drive to the premises of the parking provider. You park your vehicle in one of the parking lots on the fenced and video-monitored site and the shuttle bus will then take you to your terminal. It is also possible to book additional services during your stay (e.g. oil change, car wash or electric charging). On your return journey, contact Parkpool Hamburg Airport again so that the chauffeur can take you back to your vehicle.
At Parkpool Hamburg Airport, your holiday begins at the car park. Park your car safely in the guarded parking lot and let the shuttle take you directly to the terminals of Hamburg Airport.
You will be driven to your desired departure terminal in a white shuttle bus. Please note that the shuttle bus chauffeurs up to 4 people free of charge. If the number is exceeded, a one-time surcharge will be charged per person.
For vehicles that do not exceed a width of 2.20 meters and a length of 4.50 meters or models such as Srpinter, Van, Fiat Ducato and similar, a surcharge will be charged.
There is a waiting room and toilets on the parking provider's premises.
While you are away it is possible to have your vehicle charged electronically. You can book this option when making your reservation.

Wir haben unser Auto dort zum 3. Mal abgestellt und sind nach wie vor sehr zufrieden. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt - auch der Rücktransport vom Flughafen. Wir werden wiederkommen.
Abgabe war reibungslos. Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich. Abholung war leider sehr schlecht. Wir haben alles so gemacht wie vorgegeben. Der Shuttle fuhr vor unserer Nase ab. Auf telefonisch Nachfrage landete ich bei einem Fahrer, der uns zusagt, in 5 Minuten da zu sein. Nach 35 Minuten habe ich erneut angerufen und einen anderen Fahrer erreicht. Dieser teilte mir mit, in 2 Minuten da zu sein, was auch so war. Ich habe ihn auf das Problem angesprochen, bekam aber weder eine Antwort noch eine Entschuldigung. Auf dem Platz hatte der Fahrer zunöchst meinen Schlüssel nicht gefunden. Nach einiger Suche hat er ihn mitten auf dem Platz in einer durchsichtigen Kiste mit vielen anderen Schlüsseln gegunden. Sicher ist was anderes! War für mich das letzte Mal mit ParkPool, das können andere deutlich besser

Ich habe den Valet Service gebucht. Hat alles Reibungslos funktioniert. Bei der Abholung wurde sogar mein Ausweis kontrolliert um sicherzustellen, dass es auch nein Fahrzeug ist. Super freundliches Personal sowohl bei Abgabe als auch bei Abholung. Toller Service!
