Arrival

Please call the parking provider at least 15 minutes before your arrival. Please drive to the address indicated above. If the gate is locked upon arrival, the shuttle taxi will open it for you. Park your car in a free parking space of your choice and take your keys with you.

Return Journey

On your return journey, contact the parking provider after you have collected your luggage. The pick-up point is at the Hamburg Airport Plaza sign on the Departure Level between Terminals 1 and 2. Please make sure the shuttle driver knows your name so you don't get into the wrong taxi.

You can download your reservation receipt in your Parkos account. If you need an invoice, please ask the parking provider directly on the day of your return.
