Die Fahrer waren sehr freundlich und haben uns bei der Rückkehr sogar früher als geplant abgeholt, da sie gesehen haben, dass wir etwas früher als geplant gelandet sind. Das einzig verwirrende waren die Telefonnummern unter denen die Fahrer zu erreichen sein sollten. Da hatte nämlich jeder Kunde eine andere und manchmal ging jemand sofort ans Telefon und manchmal eben niemand. Aber sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden. Preis-Leistung war top.
Der shuttle Service sehr nett und pünktlich. Die Mitarbeiter, die man per Telefon erreicht, wenn man nach der Einfahrtskarte fragt waren ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Das Parken war sicher und unkompliziert.
Insgesamt hat alles funktioniert. Da aber der Automat für die Anmeldung nicht vorhanden war und es nur einen Briefkasten mit Türcode gab, war erstmal Panik angesagt. Man konnte unter den angegebenen Rufnummern erstmal niemanden erreichen. Irgendwann hat man den Shuttle erreicht, der einem den Code dann mitteilte. Spannend war es dennoch. Der Rückweg war unkompliziert. Man konnte aber die Zeit nicht anderweitig abstimmen, da wir extrem früh dran waren. Der Shuttle fährt also nicht alle 30 Minuten, wie beschrieben, sondern nur wenn Gäste gebucht haben

Wir hatten leider selbst beide Male eine Verspätung, aber es hat sehr gut geklappt
