Park and Fly PRO Hamburg provides a stress-free travel experience featuring secure, indoor parking, a complimentary shuttle service to the airport or port, and an exclusive panoramic view of the Volksparkstadion directly from the top deck.
Shuttle Departure Times:
- From the parking lot to the airport: hourly from 04:00 AM to 12:00 AM
- From the airport to the parking lot: hourly from 04:30 AM to 12:00 AM

Your satisfaction and a stress-free journey are our top priorities. That is why we offer you a free extension of your parking time in the event of travel delays through no fault of your own.
Should your return journey be delayed due to flight delays, flight cancellations, strikes, technical issues or other unforeseeable circumstances, you will not incur any additional costs for the extra parking time.
To enable us to process the free extension, please present our driver with appropriate proof of the delay upon your return (e.g. airline confirmation or flight itinerary).
Excluded from this policy are voluntary holiday extensions, delays caused by you, personal travel changes, and reasons that cannot be verified or substantiated.
With this special service, we aim to offer you maximum flexibility, fairness and a worry-free start and end to your journey.

Die Angaben des vermittelten Shuttleservice waren vollkommen falsch, Zugangscodes zum Parkhaus fehlten, Shuttle bei der Rückkehr kam nicht, tel. Kontaktaufnahme war nicht möglich, mussten per Taxi zurück fahren, Ausfahrt aus dem Parkhaus war nicht möglich, alles schief gelaufen, dieses Unternehmen ist unseriös, am schlimmsten war die Ignorierung unserer Anrufe bei allen verfügbaren Rufnummern, wir wurden immer einfach weggedrückt und es erfolgte keinerlei Rückmeldung, wir waren nicht die einzigen Kunden mit diesen Problemen, Verbesserungsvorschlag: Zusammenarbeit aufkündigen
Wurden am Rückflug stehen lassen, obwohl ich telefonisch mit dem Fahrer in Kontakt stand. Muss ich nie wieder haben sowas
Wir packen zum 2 mal in dem Parkhaus, es hat alles richtig super geklappt, freundlich,pünktlich . Das Auto ist dort sicher abgestellt. Wurde es immer wieder buchen, wenn man von Hamburg in den Urlaub fliegt. Vielen Dank
