  • Please state your landing time: Yes, mandatory (the parking provider only operates according to landing time).
  • Surcharge for additional people: Yes, from the 4th person onwards.
  • Maximum entrance height: 2 meters.
  • Changes to your reservation: Contact the parking provider.

    • Arrival

  • Meeting point: At the parking lot.
  • Contact the parking provider in advance: 30 minutes before arrival.

    • Parking:

  • 1. Enter the code – the box will open.
  • 2. Remove the access card.
  • 3. Use the card to enter the parking garage and park for free.
  • 4. Keep your card – you will need it when exiting.

    • Shuttle Service:

  • Standard destination: Terminal 2, Upper Floor (Departures area).

    • Return journey

  • Contact the parking provider in advance: 30 minutes before arrival.
  • 1. Call once after landing.
  • 2. Call again when you have your luggage.
  • 3. Pick-up takes place at the same location: Terminal 2, Upper Floor, VIP zone.

    • Exit:

  • Drive out with your card and then drop it in the return box.

    • You can download your reservation receipt in your Parkos account. If you need an invoice, please ask the parking provider directly on the day of your return.
