MSF - PARK and FLY

When you park your car at Park and Fly in Hamburg, your car will be parked approximately 5min driving time from the airport. Your vehicle will be well-guarded during its entire stay at MSF Park and Fly, since the fenced parking lot is being surveilled by its employees. As MSF Park and Fly solely offers the option of valet-service, you will have to give up your car key. There is no need to worry, your car key will be kept in a safe.

This parking lot does not have a maximum height or width, hence you can park any vehicle at this parking lot.

Valet-parking
If you book MSF Park and Fly's service, it will be forwarded to an available driver. This driver will welcome you at the airport at the time you wish you meet, and will take your car and safely drive it to the parking lot nearby the airport. As soon as you walk out the terminal upon your return, the driver will be waiting for you with your car. This assures a relaxed and worry-free holiday.

The company MSF Park and Fly offers you a professional parking experience at the Hamburg airport all year around. You will be expected at the airport at the agreed time to hand over your vehicle. Your car will be parked on MSF Park and Fly's parking lot the entire length of your vacation. MSF Park and Fly offers several extra services on request.

While you leave your car at Park and Fly, you have the option of using various types of car wash.

The parking provider charges 85 cents/kWh for charging your electric car. This amount will be calculated on site. IMPORTANT: The charging station is provided by the parking provider as a free service. However, the electricity consumed is not free. The costs are calculated according to electricity consumption (85 cents/ kWh).

How does valet parking work?

Arrival
When booking the valet service, you can drive to the Hamburg airport to the terminal you prefer, at the time you wish to meet. An employee of MSF Park and Fly will be waiting for you there, to check your information and check your car on previously existing damages together. These possible damages along with the number of kilometers driven will be written down, to prevent misunderstandings later. When you have handed over your car key, your car will be safely driven to the parking lot not far from the airport. Afterward, you can proceed to check-in right-away without the difficult search for a suitable parking spot.

Return
The return will go exactly as smooth as the arrival to the airport. When you have come back to the Hamburg airport, you will get back your car and car keys at your preferred terminal. Afterward, you can start your drive back home immediately.
