How to use the P5 Holiday car park

As this is an official airport car park, your pre-booked space is guaranteed, even if the digital signs at the entrance indicate the facility is "Full." For this holiday rate, entry and exit are controlled via a QR code, which you will receive in your booking confirmation email.

Simply scan the QR code at the entry barrier. Please note: Do not take a paper ticket from the machine, as this may cause billing errors. If you need help at the gate, simply press the intercom button to speak with the support staff, who are available 24/7.

A relaxed start to your holiday at Terminal 2

The "Hamburg Airport P5 Holiday" option is the perfect choice for leisure travellers flying from Terminal 2 who want to avoid long walks or shuttle buses. You park right next to the terminal building and benefit from a direct, weather-protected connection.

This covered walkway is a huge advantage for families or anyone with heavy luggage: you can reach the Arrivals level of Terminal 2 on foot in just about one minute, keeping yourself and your bags dry regardless of the weather.

Facilities and parking levels

The P5 car park consists of 8 levels. Levels 1 through 7 are covered, providing protection for your vehicle, while the top deck (Level 8) is open-air. The entire facility is barrier-free and equipped with two lifts (elevators), making it easy to transport suitcases between floors.

The key feature is the covered bridge connecting directly to Terminal 2 (Arrivals). Please check your vehicle dimensions before travel: the maximum clearance height is 2.00 meters. Spaces are suitable for vehicles up to 2.50 meters wide and 5.00 meters long.
