How to access your parking space

By booking the "Holiday" rate online, you secure a guaranteed spot, even during peak travel seasons when the car park might otherwise appear full. Access is handled via a QR code sent to you in your booking confirmation. Simply scan this code at the entry barrier to open it.

Please note: Do not pull a paper ticket from the dispenser, as this can cause billing issues. If you have any trouble entering or exiting, press the intercom button at the barrier. Support staff are available 24/7 to assist you.

The smart location for your holiday start

With "Hamburg P4 Mitteldeck Holiday," you are choosing one of the most strategically placed car parks at the airport. Located directly opposite the central "Airport Plaza," this facility sits right between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.

This central position is ideal for holidaymakers: you simply park your car and walk across to the terminals in minutes. There is no need for a shuttle bus, meaning you can move at your own pace and head straight to check-in with your luggage.

Parking levels and dimensions

The P4 facility offers three parking levels (Levels 0 to 2). Levels 0 and 1 are covered, offering protection from the weather, while the top deck (Level 2) is open-air. The car park is fully barrier-free and equipped with four lifts, making it easy to transport heavy suitcases.

Before booking, please check your vehicle dimensions. The maximum entry height is 2.00 meters. The parking spaces are designed for vehicles up to 2.50 meters wide and 5.00 meters long.

Note regarding the parking area: Parking spaces are located both within the parking garage and on the adjacent parking deck. In the event that the covered area is at full capacity, parking will be assigned on the open-air parking deck.
