Important information
Parking at Hamburg Airport P2
When you book online, your parking spot is guaranteed, even if the digital signs at the airport say the car park is "Full." Access is very smooth because the barrier uses license plate recognition. The system scans your car's registration number and opens the barrier automatically.
Important: Please do not take a ticket at the entry barrier. If the barrier does not open automatically, press the intercom button to speak to a staff member. They are available 24/7 to help you. If you take a paper ticket instead of using the intercom, you might be charged twice, and we cannot refund those extra costs.
If you are looking for the most convenient place to park at Hamburg Airport, P2 Holiday is a great option. This official airport car park is located just 50 meters from Terminal 1. Because it is so close, you don't need a shuttle bus. You can simply unload your luggage and walk to the check-in counters in just a minute or two.
Facilities and levels
P2 is an official airport facility with easy access from both the arrival and departure roads. The building has 9 levels (0 to 9). Most levels are covered, but please keep in mind that Level 8 is only partially covered, and Level 9 is an open-air rooftop deck.
The car park is barrier-free and accessible, featuring three elevators that make it easy to move between floors with luggage or wheelchairs.

- Max. height: 2.00 meters
- Max. width: 2.50 meters
- Max. length: 5.00 meters
Note regarding the parking area: Parking spaces are located both within the parking garage and on the adjacent parking deck. In the event that the covered area is at full capacity, parking will be assigned on the open-air parking deck.
Directions and address
Reaching the airport is simple via the A7 motorway. Take the Schnelsen Nord exit and follow the signs for the airport bypass (Zeppelinstraße). You can also easily drive to the airport through Hamburg city centre.

Das Parken am P2 des Flughafens Hamburg war insgesamt problemlos. Allerdings ist das Parkhaus unübersichtlich. Das Fahrzeug stand durch die runde Anordnung sehr frei, so dass zu den benachbarten Fahrzeugen reichlich Platz war. Das hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Der QR Code wurde von der Schranke nicht sofort auf dem Telefon erkannt, allerdings war es auch kein wirkliches Problem. Insgesamt empfehlenswert und ich würde dort wieder buchen. Nachtrag: Das P2 liegt wenige Meter vom Flughafen entfernt, eine Bewertung ist aber nur möglich, wenn man die Wartezeit auf den Fahrer angibt!? Sorry, beim P2 ist der absolut überflüssig. (falls überhaupt angeboten)
Wir haben jetzt das 3te Jahr in Folge über Parkos am Flughafen geparkt. Alles hat super geklappt, ohne Probleme. Auto war immer sicher und unbeschädigt. Die ersten beiden Jahre kam sogar eine Gruß Mail vom Auto, das hat uns dieses Jahr tatsächlich etwas gefehlt weil es echt witzig war. Kann es nur empfehlen und werde nur noch so verreisen wenn ich das Flugzeug nehmen sollte.

Alles perfekt nur rate ich jedem bei der größe vom Parkhaus ein Bild mit der Nummer von der Ebene zu machen. Man kann sich dann besser Orientieren weil alles ja gleich aussieht.
