Booking and entry process

With a reservation through Parkos, your space in P2 is guaranteed, even if the signs at the entrance indicate the car park is "Full." Access is fully automated via a QR code included in your confirmation email. Just scan this code at the entry barrier to open it.

Important: Please do not take a paper ticket from the machine at the entry, as this may result in double charges. If you encounter any issues at the barrier, press the intercom button to speak with the parking staff, who are available 24/7.

Business parking at P2: The fastest way to the gate

The "P2 Business" car park at Hamburg Airport is the ultimate choice for efficiency. As an official on-airport facility, it offers an unbeatable location just 50 meters from Terminal 1.

There is no need for a shuttle transfer. Simply park your car, take the lift, and walk straight to the check-in desks in less than two minutes. It is the perfect solution for business travellers or anyone looking to minimize stress before their flight.

Facilities and accessibility

The P2 car park spans 9 levels. Levels 0 through 7 are fully covered, protecting your car from the weather. Level 8 is partially covered, while the top deck (Level 9) is open-air. The facility is designed to be barrier-free and features three lifts (elevators), making it easy to move luggage between floors.

You can enter the car park from both the Arrival and Departure road levels. Please keep the vehicle restrictions in mind: the maximum clearance height is 2.00 meters. The maximum vehicle width is 2.50 meters, and the length is 5.00 meters.

Note regarding the parking area: Parking spaces are located both within the parking garage and on the adjacent parking deck. In the event that the covered area is at full capacity, parking will be assigned on the open-air parking deck.

Directions and address

Hamburg Airport is easily accessible via the A7 motorway. Take the "Schnelsen Nord" exit and follow the signs for the airport bypass (Flughafenumgehung). If coming from the city center, you can drive via Zeppelinstraße.

Once you arrive at the airport loop, follow the signs for Terminal 1 and P2. Since you can access the car park from both the Arrivals and Departures levels, you can choose the lane that is most convenient for you.
