Important Information for Parking Reservation

• Additional Costs:
  • A night surcharge is applied from 12:00 AM to 5:30 AM.
  • An extra charge is applied for transfers with more than 2 people (from the 3rd person).
  • Strollers and child seats cost an additional €10 each.
  • In case of a delay or holiday extension, a surcharge of €20 per day will be applied.
  • For delays from 12:00 AM onwards, a nightly surcharge of €40 is charged.
  • Transfer to a hotel instead of the airport: €20.
  • Last-minute change between shuttle and valet: €50.
  • Change from open-air to covered parking: €40.
• Vehicle & Luggage:
  • The maximum vehicle size is 2.00 m in width and 4.50 m in length.
  • Luggage included: 1 suitcase + 1 piece of hand luggage per person.
  • Bulky luggage is generally not transported.
• Communication & Changes:
  • Providing the landing time is mandatory.
  • To make changes to your reservation, please contact the parking provider by phone.
  • Your vehicle will be moved within a maximum radius of 50 km.

Shuttle Parking Procedure

Arrival:

1. Drive to the parking area.
2. Contact the parking provider 30 minutes before your arrival.

Return:

1. Call the provider immediately after landing.
2. Contact the provider a second time after you have collected your luggage.
3. Meeting Points:
   • Terminal 1: Departures level, area B6.
   • Terminal 2: Departures level, area E8 (pillar 23/N).

Voucher & Invoice

• You can download the reservation voucher from your Parkos account.
• For an invoice, please ask the parking provider directly on the day of your return.
