Grundsätzlich ist alles ok gewesen Folgendes könnte besser sein: * Abholer sollte als Mitarbeiter erkennbar sein - normale Straßenkleidung ist schwierig * Abgabe in Frankfurt ist zeitlich sehr knapp und kaum zu schaffen für jemand der nur selten zum Flughafen fährt * Über Änderungen via Terminal 3 müssen in der eMail deutlicher darstellt werden
