How does Valet-Service work?

Arrival

Please contact Skyparking24 30 minutes before your arrival at Frankfurt Airport, on our service hotline and confirm your arrival time.

A Skyparking24 employee will be waiting for you at the departure hall to receive your vehicle. After a short check of your car for damage, you can already continue for your departure gate, while our trained staff will park your car in our parking area.

Vehicle return:

Immediately after landing, contact us on our service number and announce your arrival. As soon as you have received your luggage, contact us a second time. Your vehicle will then be driven to you within a few minutes at the departure terminal Teminal 1 B5or Terminal 2 E8 and personally handed over to you.

Please inform the park provider in time about possible flight changes or similar.
