Keine wirkliche Erreichbarkeit bei dringenden Fragen. Nur Chat, aber nicht machbar während der Fahrt
Der Hinweg war recht problemlos. Auf dem Rückweg hieß es: "Rufen Sie an, wenn Sie ihr Gepäck haben" - Ok. Gesagt, getan. Antwort: "Rufen Sie nochmal an, wenn sie am Terminal 1 am Abholort angekommen sind" - Ok. Gesagt, getan und ca. 25 Minuten später wieder angerufen und dann hieß es: "Ja, dauert noch 25-30 Minuten." Und dann mussten wir uns mit 3 Personen auf eine 2er Bank quetschen..
Alles super!!!
Das war eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Mein Auto war sicher untergebracht.
