With the shuttle option,
call Parkparadies 30 minutes before your arrival.
You drive to the park paradise and report to reception.
Your car will be brought to a Parkparadies parking lot.
The shuttle bus will take you to the airport in just a few minutes.
On your return journey, the shuttle will take you back to the car park.
With the valet option, you drive directly to Frankfurt Airport.
A Park Paradies employee will be waiting for you, checking your car and taking it to the parking lot.
On the day of your return, your car will be brought directly to the airport.
Important note:
Both the car park and the airport are in an environmental zone for which an environmental sticker is required.
The parking lot of Park Paradies offers you a safe place to park your car. The outside parking lot is made of gravel, and is closed-off by an iron fence. At the main location of Park Paradies there are always employees at the spot. All the parking spots are guarded through Park Paradies' videocameras. Your car keys will be kept in a safe during your absence.
Your car will be inspected on previously existing damages, to prevent misunderstandings. Your car is insured for the parking duration through the terms and conditions of Park Paradies.
Night surcharge: At Parkparadies a night surcharge is charged for one outward or return flight from 8:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. You can book this online as an extra product.
Additional people: 3 people are included in the price of the shuttle. An additional charge applies for each additional person. You can book this option online as an additional product.
Oversized vehicles: If your vehicle exceeds the normal dimensions of a parking space, the parking provider will charge an additional charge. You can book this online as an extra product.
Booking extension:
If your trip is extended, please inform Park Paradies as soon as you know. The surcharge per day costs €15.00 if the provider is informed of the late return. If the parking provider is notified late (less than 24 hours), an additional late payment fee of €5.00 (one-off) will be charged.
Taking keys with you (for the outdoor shuttle option) is possible for an additional charge, provided there are free spaces available.

Shuttle service
Outward journey
Please be sure to call Parkparadies 30 minutes before arriving at the site. If you choose the shuttle service, drive directly to the Park Paradies location and report to the counter. From this area, your car will be taken to a Park Paradies parking area by an employee.
The shuttle bus will then take you to the airport within 9 minutes.
Return journey
On your return journey you can take the shuttle bus back to the park area.
Valet service
Outward journey
The valet service takes you directly to Frankfurt Airport. A Park Paradies employee will be waiting for you here. After a quick check of the car for any existing damage, you can check in and the driver will take your car to the Park Paradies parking area.
Return journey
On your return journey, your car will be brought directly to the airport, from where you can continue your journey straight away.
