Park Paradies

The parking lot of Park Paradies offers you a safe place to park your car. The outside parking lot is made of gravel, and is closed-off by an iron fence. At the main location of Park Paradies there are always employees at the spot. All the parking spots are guarded through Park Paradies' videocameras. Your car keys will be kept in a safe during your absence.

Your car will be inspected on previously existing damages, to prevent misunderstandings. Your car is insured for the parking duration through the terms and conditions of Park Paradies.

Park Paradies offers a washing program for your car, which includes a professional cleanse and wash.

If you choose for shuttle-parking, you can choose to park your car either inside or outside. The outside parking lot is made of gravel. There are toilets and a waiting room available at the parking, where you can wait for your transfer to the airport.

The shuttle service includes 4 persons, if you are with more than 4 persons, make sure to add this to your reservation.

The shuttle service includes 1 small and 1 big suitcase, for every extra piece the provider charges €5 extra. In case you want to bring oversized luggage with you, there is an extra charge of €20.

How does shuttle-parking work?

Arrival
You will drive to the main location of Park Paradies at the Lärchen Straße 106-108, which is only 5 minutes from the highway, and 9 minutes from the airport. Park Paradies is open 24 hours a day. When making the reservation, you can indicate at what time you expect to arrive at the parking lot. However, when you are on your way, and notice that the time of arrival differs at least 30 minutes, please inform Park Paradies accordingly.

Please call Park Paradies 30 minutes before arriving to the parking lot, to confirm your time of arrival. You will drive to the parking lot of Park Paradies, and after checking-in, your car will be inspected for previously existing damages. Afterwards, your car will be parked on one of the parking lots of Park Paradies. You will be transfered to the Frankfurt airport by either the spacious shuttle-bus, or a luxurious car. You will be driven to the airport within 9 minutes.

Return
Your return is just as easy as the arrival. After you have claimed your luggage, you will call Park Paradies. The shuttle-bus will drive to the same point as you were dropped-off on the way to the airport. You will be safely driven back to the parking lot, where you will pick up your car, and start your drive back home.

It can occur that you will be returning a couple of days earlier or later. Please inform Park Paradies of these changes immediately and accordingly. In case that you will come back later, you can pay for the extra days at the spot.

How does valet-parking work?

Arrival
When you have decided for the valet-service, you will drive directly to the Frankfurt airport. Half an hour before arriving to the airport, please contact Park Paradies, they will wait at the terminal for you. You can recognize Park Paradies' employee by his/her work clothes. The employee will recognize your car model and plate number that you have described in your reservation. Together with the employee you will do a short vehicle inspection of previously existing damages, before the driver safely takes your car to the parking lot. This will not take longer than 10 minutes, and no more than 15km will be driven with your car.

Return
When you come back from your trip, your car will be driven back to the airport. To make sure that the driver is at the airport terminal on time, please contact Park Paradies when you have claimed your luggage. The driver will then be waiting with your car at the exit of the departures terminal.
