The valet parking service is open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. A surcharge may apply for late arrivals or returns.
Maximum vehicle height for underground parking: 2.10 m.
An additional fee applies for service at Terminal 3 (drop-off and pick-up).For late arrivals or returns after 11:00 PM, the parking provider charges a night surcharge.
Child car seats can be booked directly through Parkos for an additional €10.

Rating and reviews
Sehr schönes neues Parkhaus wo das Auto gut steht. Auch gab es quasi keine Wartezeit. Die sehr zentrale Frankfurter Innenstadt Lage macht es zu Rushhour Zeiten erforderlich genug Zeitpuffer einzuplanen. Auch fällt zwischen 23 und 6 Uhr ein Nachtzuschlag ein, was bei späten Ankünfte , ggf mit Verspätungen (oder Transfer Terminal 3 zu 1), beachtet werden sollte.
Terrible experience no one spoke English and i waited for over 45 minutes to get my own car from the parking garage. At 0930 in the morning on a Monday!! No excuse for the inconvenience .
