Arrival
On the day of your trip, you will conveniently drive to Frankfurt Airport. Please contact the parking provider 30 minutes prior to your arrival to confirm your arrival time. On the phone you tell the parking provider from which terminal you fly, whether from Terminal 1 or 2. He will then pick up your car directly at the appropriate terminal, so you do not have to walk far with your luggage. For your return journey, it is especially important that you follow these parking instructions, as parking at the terminals at Frankfurt Airport is only free for 10 minutes. On your return journey, call the parking provider directly after you have landed and tell them that you can be picked up soon. Thereupon, the parking provider prepares everything. Meanwhile, you go to the baggage carousel and pick up your luggage. IMPORTANT: Only after you have gone through the customs area of the airport, you call Parklücke24 again. This is within 3-4 minutes at the airport and brings your car to the agreed meeting point.
If you have any questions regarding changes to your reservation on weekends or 24 hours before the start of your trip, we recommend that you contact the parking provider. The fee for parking at the airport is €2.50 for 15 minutes parking and €5 for 30 minutes. Please note that these fees are not covered by the parking provider.
