Important information
This large and experienced parking provider makes parking at Frankfurt Airport stress-free. Your vehicle will be safely parked 24/7 on a paved, fenced lot under continuous camera surveillance. The excellent shuttle services ensure a relaxed start to your trip.
Shuttle Service
If you choose the shuttle service, you’ll drive directly to the myparken Ost parking lot. There, you’ll park your car and board one of the shuttle buses, which will take you straight to Frankfurt Airport. When you return from your trip, the shuttle will be waiting to bring you comfortably back to your vehicle. Key handover is required.
Please note that Frankfurt Airport is located in an environmental zone, so a valid emissions sticker is required for your vehicle.
myparken Ost is a well-known and experienced parking provider near Frankfurt am Main Airport. You can use the provider’s excellent valet and shuttle service 7 days a week. Your car is in safe hands on the parking premises, so you can start your journey without worries.
To ensure a safe and quick departure and arrival during this time, all procedures take place at Terminal 1, departure hall between Gates B4 and B5, departure level.
Terminals 2 and 3 can be conveniently reached via the free SkyTrain; the journey takes approximately 8 minutes to Terminal 3.
Please therefore check the current flight information for your check-in, departure, and arrival area before arriving at our parking facility and at Frankfurt Airport.
Customers departing from Terminal 2 or 3 should arrive at our parking facility at least 3.5 hours before departure.
The outdoor area of myparken Ost is paved. On-site, there is a waiting lounge where you can pass the time with snacks and drinks, giving you a chance to relax after your drive. Restrooms are also available for your convenience.
Child seats are available upon request for the shuttle transfer. The shuttle service is also provided as needed.
A night surcharge applies for transfers between 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
For oversized vehicles (>5.4 m) and/or vehicles with trailers, the parking provider charges an additional fee.
Additional fees also apply for bulky items such as golf bags, ski equipment, bicycles, and other oversized luggage.

Dans l’ensemble c’était bien à part le retour attente trop longue après plus de 20h de voyage avec des enfants le chauffeur est venu plus de 30 min voir 45 minutes après l’appel téléphonique alors que le parking se trouve à 12min de l’aéroport
Ablauf und Transfer OK, aber der Kundenservice leider sehr schwach. kaum eine Begrüßung und ein sehr trockener Umgangston. Absolutes No-Go: Der Fahrer hat sich während der Fahrt vor allen Passagieren über einen Kunden lustig gemacht/beschwert, mit dem er gerade telefoniert hatte. Egal ob im Recht oder nicht: So etwas bespricht man nicht vor anderen Kunden.
I was confident that my vehicle would be secure. The staff were helpful and patient.
Communicatie kan misschien beter, maar verder een heel goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Auto stond al netjes klaar bij ophalen.
Alles ok,keine Probleme.Werde ich wieder benutzen.
