Mein Valet Frankfurt

Mein Valet Frankfurt ensures that you can start your holidays easy and relaxed. The pick-up and drop-op services at the airport terminal are available 24/7. If you would like to use these services between 23:00 and 6:00, there will be an additional night charge of €50.00 which you can pay at the terminal. Besides that, Mein Valet offers an outside parking lot and a parking garage, you can select the lot that you prefer.

Valet service
Thanks to the valet services of Mein Valet, you can start your holiday easy and comfortable. On the day of your departure, you will drive directly to the airport terminal. Upon arrival at the terminal, an employee of Mein Valet will be waiting for you and safely drive your car to the parking lot. This will save you the effort of looking for a parking lot at the airport, and allow you to proceed to the check-in counters right-away. On the day of your return an employee will drive your car to the terminal again, where he/she will be waiting for you with your car. After the employee has handed over the car keys and car, you can start your drive back home directly.

Please keep in mind, that this airport is located in an environmentally protected area, and that a car sticker is necessary to drive through this area.

The parking garage of Mein Valet Frankfurt is equipped with video surveillance, plate number recognition systems and is guarded by personnel. The outside parking lot is also equipped with video surveillance, guarded by personnel and is fenced. Your key will be kept in a safe for both parking lot options.

There will be an inspection of the vehicle at the airport terminal before you hand over your car. Your car will be checked for already existing damages, to prevent misunderstandings when you return from your holidays. Additionally,

Both parking lots, are asphalted. The employees of Mein Valet are very helpful, also when it comes to your luggage. In case your vehicle does not start after you return from your holiday, they are happy to help you to start your car again.

Please be aware that there is an additional charge of €50 for arrivals between 23:00-06:00.

When you would like to park in the parking garage, please keep in mind that your car's height is smaller than 2.50m. In case you would like to park a minivan or a camper, there will be an additional charge of €2 per day. In this case it is only possible to book an outside parking space.

Arrival

On your day of departure you only need to drive to the Frankfurt airport. An employee of Mein Valet Frankfurt will be waiting for you there, where you will check the documents together. Apart from that, there will be an inspection of the vehicle, of which you will receive a copy. Additionally you will receive a ticket which guarantees that your car will be parked safely and secured. Whilst you proceed to check-in, the employee of Mein Valet Frankfurt will drive your car to the parking lot in Kelsterbach.

Return

Please contact Mein Valet Frankfurt over the phone once you have landed at the Frankfurt airport again. They will drive your car to the terminal again, and you can start the drive back to your home comfortably.
