Arrival

On the day of your departure, please drive to the address given in the booking confirmation. When you arrive at the parking area, the parking provider asks you to contact their drivers on the telephone number given in the booking confirmation. The parking provider's staff will assign you a parking space and then drive you straight to Frankfurt Airport Terminals 1 & 2.

Return

Once you have received your luggage, please proceed to the following meeting points:

Terminal 1: Departures (Upper Floor), Door C7

Terminal 2: Door E8

Once you arrive at the meeting point, please contact the parking provider's driver using the number on the booking confirmation to confirm your pick-up. The driver will pick you up immediately from Frankfurt Airport & drive you back to the parking area.

Extra persons cost 20 euros per person. In addition, you have to expect a cost of 2 euros per parking day should you park a minivan or camper. You can pay this extra amount on the spot.

Important: for arrivals/returns between 23 and 6am this parking provider has a nightly surcharge of 50€ that have to be booked online as an extra product.

Shuttle parking

You drive directly to the parking lot. Normally, the employees of My airport parking Frankfurt expect you already. You can park your vehicle independently and take the shuttle bus to Frankfurt Airport. The staff on site will be happy to help you with your luggage and give you tips on how to make your trip from the airport comfortably and safely. You take your keys with you on your journey. On your return, the shuttle bus will pick you up again at Frankfurt Airport and take you back to your parking space. Extra charges may apply for additional people (5+), large vehicles such as minivans or RVs, or extended parking time.
