With the valet service from Infiniti Parking, you save time and start your journey in a particularly relaxed way. You drive directly to the departure terminal at the airport, where our trained staff personally takes your vehicle. No parking search, no shuttle – it doesn’t get more convenient than this.

While you are already checking in, we take care of your vehicle and park it safely in our monitored parking garage. Upon your return, your car will be ready for you on time at the terminal – simply get in and drive home relaxed.

Our valet service is available daily and flexibly adapted to your flight times. Even in case of delays, we remain reachable and adjust to your arrival.

Important information

The parking provider charges a surcharge for vehicles that are more than 2.00 meters wide and 5.00 meters long.

A night surcharge is collected from 23:00 until 06:00.

If you are delayed by more than 30 minutes, you will have to pay an extra charge as this will incur additional personnel costs due to your late arrival.

Please inform the parking provider in writing by email or telephone of any delays or holiday extensions.

Lack of professionalism. The staff were dismissive and showed very little compassion or concern for customers. My experience left me feeling that I was being taken advantage of. As a visitor from outside Germany, I felt pressured into paying more than was necessary. Overall, the experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.
