The provider offers you exclusively the convenient valet service. You can choose whether you want to park your car outside or covered in a hall. The area has no maximum entry height and is open 24/7 for you. Staff is also present on the premises at all times, so you can travel without worries.

Valet-Service
With the valet service, you drive your own car directly to Frankfurt Airport. At the airport, your vehicle will be checked together with you by an employee of the provider and the condition will be recorded in writing. You then hand over your keys and your car to the driver and he parks your car in the secured area while you can go directly to the check-in counter. At the end of your trip, your car will be brought back to the airport for you.

The employee will recognize you by your car model and license plate number and will already be waiting for you at the terminal. You will recognize the employee by his work clothes with the inscription "Flamingo Park-Service".

Please note that this airport is located in an environmental zone and that an environmental badge is required.

Flamingo Park Service is open all day for you. With this provider you can book the convenient valet service at a reasonable price. Your car will be parked for you on the multi-secured premises, either outdoors or covered in a parking hall. The friendly and reliable staff of the parking provider will make sure that you enjoy a pleasant start to your trip.

The parking area of Flamingo Park-Service is secured several times by cameras, fence as well as permanently present staff. So you can be sure that your vehicle is well kept for you at this provider.

The shuttle transport includes up to 4 people in the price. For the transport of each additional person, a surcharge of €20 is required, which can be paid online or on site.

The parking provider is open from 06:00 am to 00:00 am.

How does Valet-Parking work?

Arrival
On the day of your trip, you will conveniently drive to Frankfurt Airport. Please contact the parking provider 30 minutes prior to your arrival to confirm your arrival time. At the airport you will recognize the employee by his clothes with the inscription of Flamingo Park-Service. The driver will also recognize you because he knows your car model and license plate number. On the phone you tell the parking provider which terminal you are flying from, Terminal 1 or 2, and he will pick up your car directly at the appropriate terminal, so you don't have to walk far with your luggage. The meeting point at Terminal 1 is between Departure Hall B and C, door 6; the meeting point at Terminal 2 is at Departure Hall E, door 8.

For your return journey, it is especially important that you follow these parking instructions, as parking at the terminals at Frankfurt Airport is only free for 10 minutes. On your return journey, call the parking provider directly after you have landed and tell them that you can be picked up soon. Thereupon, the parking provider prepares everything. Meanwhile, you go to the baggage carousel and pick up your luggage. IMPORTANT: Only after you have passed through the customs area of the airport, call the parking provider again. They will be at the airport within 3-4 minutes and will bring your car to the agreed meeting point. The meeting point is Terminal 1, between Departure Hall B and C, Door 6; or Terminal 2; Departure Hall E, Door 8, as at the beginning of your trip.
