Leider mussten wir bei der Rückkehr länger warten, bis das Auto da war. Wahrscheinlich lag es an der langen Wartezeit unsererseits bei der Gepäckausgabe in Frankfurt. Mitarbeiterin war sehr schnell verschwunden nach Rückgabe/Kontrolle. Es war noch nicht einmal möglich ihr Trnkgeld zu geben, was wir immer bei der Ab- bzw. Rückgabe machen.
Alles sehr gut verlaufen.
Der Valet Service war perfekt
Sowohl bei der Abholung am Abfugtag als auch bei der Ankunft war der Mitarbeiter äusserst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Auto wurde pünktlich abgeholt und auch pünktlich abgeliefert. Die Kommunikation hatte super geklappt. Wie sicher der Parkplatz und wie es untergebracht wurde, kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich selbst nicht vor Ort war. Aber nachdem das Auto unversehrt zurückgegeben wurde, gehe ich vom Positiven aus. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist für eine Grossstadt wie Frankfurt angemessen.
Änderungen waren kein Problem.
