Thank you for booking your parking space with Easy Park HZ

Important information
  • A night surcharge is charged for journeys between 00:00 and 05:00.
  • The parking provider only accepts the following vehicles: cars up to 2.1 m high and 5 m long.
  • If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will have to pay a surcharge of €15.00, as your late arrival will result in additional staff costs.
  • Delays or holiday extensions must be communicated to the parking provider immediately in writing by email and by telephone. An extension of the parking time costs €20 per day.


    • How does Valet-Parken work?

    Arrival
     On the day of your departure, contact Easy Park HZ 30 minutes before your arrival at the airport departure terminal. One of the employees will receive your car and after a short external vehicle check you will receive a handover protocol. Afterwards the employee will drive your car to the parking lot. Your vehicle is of course insured while it is in the parking area. During your absence, your vehicle keys will be safely stored in the company safe. The park provider charges a night surcharge of 25€ in the period from 00:00 - 05:00 (On site payment or at the time of booking.

    Return
     On your return trip, call the park provider immediately after landing. As soon as you have received your luggage, contact Easy Park HZ a second time. So your car will be brought forward directly as soon as you have left Frankfurt Airport. Completely without stress and waiting time.

    Please note that this airport is located in an environmental zone and that an environmental badge is required.

    Sowohl bei der Abholung am Abfugtag als auch bei der Ankunft war der Mitarbeiter äusserst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Auto wurde pünktlich abgeholt und auch pünktlich abgeliefert. Die Kommunikation hatte super geklappt. Wie sicher der Parkplatz und wie es untergebracht wurde, kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich selbst nicht vor Ort war. Aber nachdem das Auto unversehrt zurückgegeben wurde, gehe ich vom Positiven aus. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist für eine Grossstadt wie Frankfurt angemessen.
