I was never provided a QR code to check out. Multiple emails were sent to let me know that my reservation was ending but not one had a QR code. So trying to get out of the parking garage after 10 hours of travelling with a 1 year old, we got stuck and had to call for help. It was nearly 12am by the time we got out after a 5 minute call with a parking attendant. Thankfully I saved my first correspondence with the confirmation code. Other than this incredible inconvenience, my reservation was fine.

Réservation 15 pour 15 jours. Problème de barrière ne souvrant pas à l'arrivée, Problème de barrière ne s'ouvrant pas à la sortie. Personnel de surveillance incompétant refusant la sortie voiture. dispute. Cela fait 2 fois que cela nous arrive dans ces parking. le QR code pose problème avec ces barrières. Nous ne réserverons plus jamais P2/P3
