Alles sehr gut, nur deutliche Verzögerung bei der Rückkehr. Wohl zu wenig Fahrer bei großem Andrang
Ich habe ein E-Fahrzeug und den Ladeservice dazu gebucht. Das Auto wurde nicht geladen. Der Mitarbeiter meinte man habe die Klappe zum laden nicht gefunden. Da frage ich mich ob man es im 21. Jahrhundert nicht geschafft hätte mal zu googeln. Die größte Frechheit, das Auto wurde mir mit 10Km Restreichweite übergeben. Da das Fahrzeug ein älteres E-Fahrzeug ist unterstützt es kein Schnellladen und ich habe dann erst mal 3 Stunden an einer E-Ladesäule in einer Siedlung verbracht.
Die ganzen Fragen lassen sich nicht beantworten, da ich. nicht weiß, wo mein Auto untergebracht war, ob der Parkplatz sicher war usf. Fakt ist, auch kurzfristige Buchung klappte hervorragend. Wagen wurde pünktlich wieder zurückgebracht. Personal freundlich. Alles in allem sehr gute Erfahrung.

Die Mitarbeiter, die das Auto in Empfang genommen und wird gebracht haben, waren sehr freundlich und pünktlich. Auch die Mitarbeiter am Telefon haben sofort abgenommen und waren sehr kompetent. Kann Safely Parking, und natürlich die Parkos-Plattform im Allgemeinen, sehr empfehlen.
