Important information

You should allow around 30 minutes for parking including vehicle check-in and transfer to the airport.

The parking provider charges a night surcharge between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.

3 people are included in the booking price. If there are more than 3 people, an additional charge will apply for each additional person. If you have not used the options in the booking window, you will have to pay the difference on site.

The parking provider charges a surcharge for bulky luggage.

The parking provider charges a surcharge for vehicles that are more than 2.10 meters wide and 4.50 meters long.

Please inform the parking provider immediately in writing by email or telephone of any delays or holiday extensions. If you do not leave, the parking provider charges an additional charge of €25.00 per day.

How does shuttle parking work?

On the day of your trip, please drive to the park area. Please call 30 minutes before your arrival. Please note that acceptance may take a little longer depending on the time of year and the customer. Therefore, plan enough time at the park area. After you have been welcomed by an employee, you will then be taken to the terminal at Frankfurt Airport in one of the shuttle buses.

Return journey
On your return journey, call the parking provider immediately after landing. Once you have received your luggage, contact the parking provider a second time. On average the waiting time is 15-30 minutes. The driver will then take you back to your vehicle so that you can quickly continue your journey home.
