Instructions
How does shuttle parking work?
On the day of your trip, please drive to the park area. Please call 30 minutes before your arrival. Please note that acceptance may take a little longer depending on the time of year and the customer. Therefore, plan enough time at the park area. After you have been welcomed by an employee, you will then be taken to the terminal at Frankfurt Airport in one of the shuttle buses.Return journey
On your return journey, call the parking provider immediately after landing. Once you have received your luggage, contact the parking provider a second time. On average the waiting time is 15-30 minutes. The driver will then take you back to your vehicle so that you can quickly continue your journey home.
